This was tested in ssf with no leveling gear/currency. Fresh run. All quest skill points + lab trials. 2hrs to Kitava kill.
A2 bandit would be Alira, but for testing sake a patch early with different bandit rewawrds i killed all bandits and then left 2 passive points unallocated for the run.

Act 1
Tree pathing - pretty straight forward, grab the damage/life nodes, then start travelling the int nodes.

Mule from a Templar. Rolling magma + Ele Prolif. Remeber Exit to Character select - dont log out or you're back in queue.
After Rhoa hell, go back to town, buy flame wall and get frostblink from quest reward.
Between Ledge > Prison try to get ideally 2 goat horn wands, at least 1. Flat damage to spells is massive act 1-3.
At prison grab Added Lightning - level in empty slot/offhand - Buy combustion
Rolling + Combustion + Ele Prolif
Flame Wall
^ This combo all the way to 31, nothing else needed.
After brutus grab flame dash
IF you have the currency level in open slots/offhands - Power Siphon (FREE Quest reward at 12)/Clarity/Precision/

Act 2 
Only change is to add in Skitterbots at level 16. 
Grab any wand upgrades with added flat spell damage

Tree pathing - continue along the int nodes - grab snowforged + inversion then continue travel down

Act 3
Start looking for wands with flat damage. NOT Flat damage to spells. 
Path down and grab charisma then path to the right and grab the pierce nodes.
Do Library. Mandatory. :(
4L required. BBBG. Check Hargan or hope for drop.  in 3 runs i was able to secure a 4L before level 31
at 31 swap gems

You will not be able to run all auras right away. Personally i drop Skitter bots and run Wrath/Precision/Clarity. Wrath can be changed for Grace, but im softcore so i choose DPS over living.
Once you get more aura reservation/max mana nodes in the next 10-15 levels you can run all. You will likely need to keep a mana potion until end of act 5-7

Act 4
At this point time to learn how to play the build. throw mines half a screen or further away and you are good. If you stand on top, they won't go off. Just gotta adjust playstyle, play it like a bow char trying to kill from a distance.
Tree pathing - grab the crit nodes up top, mine nodes near start, and start pathing along the right side.
Not many passives this act. Keep any eye out for wands with Flat Added Damage. Check vendors.
Lab get swift killer.

Act 5
Build starts ramping now especially if you get a half decent wand with flat. At this point if i dont have one i bench craft flat lightning on a blue wand for 4 transmutes.
Tree pathing - go up and grab the mana + reservation node ASAP. This lets you run all auras. Wrath/Precision/Clarity/Skitterbots. This pairs great with the 8% dmg node on reservation wheel
Grab accuracy nodes - this + precision solves accuracy all the way to maps. Will be 100% hit chance always.


This is where "MY" guide ends.
Look at Jung and go from his level 55 Curel lab tree
Next nodes would be the 2 life + mastery node, then path up to Mine Wheel then grab written in blood, then effiecient explosives, then influence

At the level 67 tree is a bit of a respec which we need to do less respeccing thanks to the early pathing.
