------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mikoshi's Lightning Arrow/Tornado Shot Deadeye League Start Build ( No/Minimal Use of Totems ) Authors: Mikoshi & Shiro :> - Work In Progress - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /// Table of Content /// 1. Why follow this Build? 2. Main Progression Points 3. Why go Bows? And Which is Best? 4. New Mechanic Explanation 5. Gear Crafting Tutorials Why follow this Build? Answer: It is well-thought and works really well. Lately, bow builds have been getting stronger and stronger, now being a very good league start option compared to the state in which they were in a couple years ago, where you needed hundreds of Exalted Orbs ( Now Divine Orbs ) to make them work. Also, if you're starting with this build, you will not need to make a second build! All thanks to the skill: "Tornado Shot", known for its extreme mapping and single-target damage, is often the end-goal for bow players. Because we are league-starting as a bow build, we will not need re-spec or create another character! This will provide the smoothest experience for BOTH Hardcore and Casual Players! /// Progression Paths /// regex: -[rgb]-.-|g-g-|-g-g|g-.-g|g-g|nne|rint|serrat Bandits: HELP ALIRA Major Pantheon: Brine King, Minor Pantheon: Ryslatha Levels 1-12 Main Skill: Galvanic Arrow/Split Arrow - Used until we have access to Rain Of Arrows ( RoA ) - Galvanic Arrow has added flat damage, which is great for starting - +2 Projectiles = Good Clear + Free Socket - Split Arrow can be used IF you're struggling/dying a lot Levels 12-60 Main Skill: Rain of Arrows - Used until we have 2nd lab done ( Far Shot ) - +A Lot of Projectiles = Great Clear Levels 60+ Main Skill: Lightning Arrow - Used with the Support Gem "Trinity" to provide a huge chunk of DPS - Returning Projectiles gives Amazing Coverage - Great Mapping Skill, but if you desire even MORE power, then you will have to change into Tornado Shot, and trust us, it's WAY more powerful. Levels 85+ Main Skill: Tornado Shot - Simply, The Best Bow Skill In the Game. - Great Mapping + Bossing Character thanks to its MASSIVE Scaling - However, on league-start you might not want to switch to Tornado Shot until you acquire ~5-10 Divine Orbs, this is due to the fact that it requires a couple of niche items which are mandatory for it to work, for more info check out Mikoshi's other guides, or join our Discord Server for assistance: https://discord.gg/GbztfSHMWj Tree #1 Primal Spirit is a really useful node for acquiring mana early-on Tree #2 Quick Damage Increase Tree #3 Quick Damage Increase #2 Tree #4 Precise Technique is a clever way to benefit from our low amount of life, it gives us a whopping 40% MORE Attack Damage, BUT make sure your amount of life is NOT higher than your accuracy rating Tree #5 First Lab - Gathering Winds AKA Free Tailwind Point Blank lets us deal up to 30% MORE Damage + Onslaught On Kill ( Nice to Have ) Tree #6 Quick Damage Increase Tree #7 Primeval Force + its Mastery is a great way to scale our damage even further Tree #8 Quick Life Increase + Re-Routing Tree #9 Master Fletcher gives us +1 Arrow which is great! Because once we get to Lightning Arrow, we need as many projectiles as possible Tree #10 Switch to Lightning Arrow once you get the "Far Shot" Ascendancy, alongside +1 Arrow, Mana Res Efficiency and the leech/life on kill provided by our Passive Tree Tree #11 Forces of Nature is a good way to improve our DPS even further, But the main focus on this tree is getting the Ascendancy "Endless Munitions" Which gives us +2 Projectiles, a great way to scale our coverage + damage Lightning Arrow Trees - 3 Major Budgets Included: League Start, Medium and High - Same Build Archetype: Crit-Based Miscellaneous Tips: - Pojectile damage is better than Attack Speed in the beginning because it won't require as much mana. Once you get to a higher level, go for attack speed ; - Far Shot and Point Blank: We use both as they will increase your DPS whatever the range is ; - Get the "15% Increased Maximum life" Mastery only if you do not have ANY life modifier on your body armour ; - If you have a buddy that is on the top left side of tree, ask if you can borrow a gem named "clarity" IF you're experiencing mana issues ; - Once you have access to Auras and Heralds, use any that will help you have 2 elemental damage types to be able to proc Trinity ; - If your bow has added flat cold damage, then go for fire or lighting as a Support Gem or as Auras ; - There are so many ways of using support gems and setups, it is impossible to say which is better. As well, we cannot control the colors and numbers of sockets. Simply try to get the main gems in, and for the rest, experiment by putting random support gems ( the ones we listed in Skills section ) and see which gives the best DPS.
