shock comes from hexblast. usually within a cast or two you'll have more than 35% in my experience
recovery is non existant. life leech only during maps (boots enchant)

CDR BREAK POINTS (differnt post on the sub claim different things. below is my understanding cdr breakpoins and ID. double check)
NO CDR (double spell cassade set up)
want 0.33 cast time for ID curse to allow ID cooldown (2 charges min) before second curse cast
(0.165 per ID cooldown with server tick rate*2)
cast per second 3.34*2=6.68 (2 pops per cast with enough aoe overlap)
capped at 6.06 break point
6.06*average hit=youre damage with no CDR
At least 14% CDR (double spell cassade set up)
0.264 cast speed for 14% cdr (next break point)
(.132 with server tick rateid timer *2)

easy improvements: (too expensive for me)
1) level. couple more levels gets you some masteries easy way to bump up dmg and hp
2) dps can increase with double awak spell casscade set up. will have 3 ID pops per cast. can drop a buch of cast speed since you'll baiscally be capped with this alone
3) recovery is pretty bad. divergent void manipulation can help with this.
4) better loreweave
5)can consider devouring diadem to gain like 5 points on tree.
