Based on the popular guide from Manni, this version of herald stacker focuses on pushing PoB DPS 
while retaining the survivability needed for enjoyable T17 farming. 

I've been having a great time farming Harby & Beyond scarabs on deli Fortress 
(survivability is excellent, and even on 100% deli mobs die quickly because the build has a lot of DPS).
