My relic is great but a 'x% increased cooldown recovery rate' relic is BiS (My relic gives me 14% cast speed and 0.4% chaos damage leeched as life)
	if you have a CDR relic, your increased cast speed should be over 150% to leverage it (new cast speed cap becomes 200% when >=50% CDR which you easily achieve with this relic)
	To achieve similar results to what is shown in PoB without an identical relic, we need to make some changes
		change Awakened Void Manipulation -> Divergent Void Manipulation for an identical  0.4% chaos damage life leech effect
			we have 128% increased cast speed WITHOUT RELIC, so we ideally need 13-21% increased cast speed for optimal DPS (DO NOT increase cast speed over 150% (without CDR relic), this will brick Impending Doom)
				some possible ways to get 13-21% increased cast speed:
					rare ring with 'Onslaught on Hit' implicit
						my preferred way of getting Onslaught as its condition is easily achievable
					boots (remade) with 'MS' + 'x% for Onslaught on Kill' unveil
						suffixes can't be changed -> veiled chaos (and pray prefixes don't fill) -> block mana -> unveil MS + onslaught (something like 1/3 chance) -> craft life (slam 5th or 6th mod)
					boots enchanted with '16% increased attack/cast speed if you've killed recently'
					respec 2x 'curse 10% increased case speed' -> '15% hex AoE' in Whispers of Doom node, change Divergent Temp. Chains to Anomalous -> replace Quicksilver flask -> identical Onslaught flask
						we're purposefully lowering our castspeed to not hit the castspeed cap of 150% (with 45% CDR) and then patching it with a 20% x 1.7 effect Onslaught flask

Anomalous Enduring Cry is a tech i've added for a large burst of life regen (I couldn't fit in a high enough level Vitality to make it worth using) and endurance charge generation (for phys. damage reduction) 
	I have unticked Enduring Cry because its uptime isn't long enough to reliably count its additional phys. damage reduction, all ele. res. per endurance charge clauses (3s uptime, 6.67s cooldown)
		3/3 endurance charges while mapping however has reliable uptime (6.67s cooldown, 10s endurance charge duration)

What's the difference between Occultist vs Pathfinder Impending Doom?
	Occultist has 2-3x more damage but 2-3x less EHP for 3-4x less cost (not including Mageblood)
		if you have a Mageblood I would just go Occultist (so much easier to gear, way more damage, can be built tanky enough for most content)

POTENTIAL UPGRADES
	Watcher's Eye with Malevolence 'DoT multi' + 1-2 other usable mods (Determination, Grace) - https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Sanctum/6BnLQ5jTG
		reduced damage from critical hits (Determination), additional phys. damage reduction (Determination), +armour (Determination), spell suppression (Grace, for true 100% spell suppress)

	Helmet enchanted with '15% increased Temporal Chains curse effect'
		Temp Chains enchant effect doesn't show much of anything in PoB but even less enemy action speed is very strong in game
		I personally got Enfeeble while running Lab and am fine with it; enchant change is not at all necessary
		I personally wouldn't change to a Forbidden Shako because our rare helmet gives us a lot of defenses and we already are DoT capped/have so much damage
