Since life isn't recovered above low life, so as long as damage has been dealt within the last 2s a leech effect is active, so Strength of Blood is active providing 12% physics damage reduction.

FLASKS:
Use USE WHEN CHARGES REACH FULL on all flasks until Progenesis.
Progenisis causes a problem as it only gains charges the normal way, so I want ways to ensure that charges go to it, if needed.
Hence USE WHEN ADJACENT FLASK IS USED on all others than Progensis, when I have that. This is an inelegant solution.

Infused Flesh: +18% damage taken recouped -- hard to say whether this or Vigour is best with endgame gear
Vigour: +1 maximum endurance charge -- 4% extra physical and elemental mitigation
