Multistrike + melee splash + high crit% nearly guarantees 1 power charge per flicker; when flicker comes off cooldown we gain +1 power charge, which allows us to hit max charges.
Int/Mana split personalities are really close to int/str, but substantially cheaper (str gives better crit for ramp)
Precision attack speed/crit multi watchers is big dam
+3 Ivory tower is more damage if we can forego the primal spirit anoint
Blood rage could be useful? (need zealots oath, ES regen with watchers, or just accept degen)
Hit max indigon stacks at ~18000 mana spent recently (depends on indigon roll)
With awakened multistrike, your mana spending attacks happen 4*your attack time; in this case, 4*0.08 = .32 seconds. (3*attack time for normal multistrike)
This slows your ramp substantially -- you only get ~10-12 mana spending attacks before arcane cloak falls off your recently spent mana
Possibly worth dropping multistrike for close combat? May ramp too hard though
More AS or max mana = faster ramp
Take another instant leech charm if necessary
If phys max hit feels bad, could consider determination (8% phys reduction from watchers, granite flask over quicksilver, stun immunity from charm)
Could run sigil of power or divine blessing setup in weapon, movement options feel mediocre when you have this much move speed
Is there any way to rearrange sockets for eternal blessing? (need clarity+precision+arrogance, don't see a way to do that)
Can run divine blessing in weapon with determination + increased armour flask, lose movespeed and travel skill; blessing can help ramp as well
Can drop increased duration on arcane cloak if you need it for ramp (lowers buff uptime by ~10%; contribution to mana spent recently goes from ~40% to ~53%)
Questions:
Is it possible to do CoC manabond without using mjolner? It seems impossible to get mana cost below ~300% max mana.
Is there a way to further optimize skill points?
Is there a way to get tankier without sacrificing much dps (and not having to weapon swap repeatedly)?
Is it worth taking the stun threshold mod from the energy shield mastery and changing the flask stun suffix?
Do I need more ES or mana regen?
Is Zealot's Oath worth dropping damage for?
Are there better anoints? Natural Authority seems like a big dps increase. Utmost might could fix crit chance at 0-1 power charges.
Do I spend enough mana to maintain indigon?
Is there a better way to reserve more life? Maybe indigon 90% reservation + arrogance?
Is it possible to do an eternal blessing setup without weapon swapping?
Is wrath or herald of thunder worthwhile in this build?
Is it worth running +1 frenzy charge synth rings instead of %str or int?
Would it be worthwhile to change silver flask to granite/amethyst and get onslaught with charms?

Elusive on crit boots + no extra crit damage charm?
Minimum power charges to fix crit chance, or anoint utmost might? Simplex + Disciple of the Forbidden gives 100% crit chance with 1 charge
Helical ring w/ attack speed to increase spend for indigon?
Greatwolf with %attr and %attack speed for ramp?
Crit cap without forbidden jewels? Doesn't seem likely, only ~60% w/ critical strike support
