Notes
Available Skill trees:
Leveling trees from Start to Endgame, check bottom left corner where it says Hexblast+ID (94) under the "Tree" section. You can see which nodes to pick at the start and how to progress through the
tree until the endgame.
Also added an alternative cluster endgame option in case you want to spend some extra currency on the build. It provides slight benefits like hindering enemies and slightly more damage and ES.

How the build works (Assuming you have everything setup):
Leveling and map clearing: You get close to them and Hexblast, since you will have temp chains/frostbite as an aura it will still proc the Hexblast AoE. In case they are a bit tankier, cast Ele Weakness and then Hexblast.
In case there's a blue pack or a yellow pack then just make sure to cast Hexblast after 1 second as well (you can keep casting hexblast while the area is spawning but it will only deal the big damage
after the area from Doomsday applies).
Bossing: Cast wither totems somewhere where they will be safe. Curse the boss with Ele Weakness, wait 1 second for the area proc and then hexblast for immense damage (you can keep casting hexblast while
the area is spawning but it will only deal the big damage after the area from Doomsday applies).
Rinse and repeat. It's fairly simple once you get used to it.

Enchants:
Helmet enchant: Whatever you can get on a heretics veil that is useful, it can be an improvement for one of the curses, aura enchants, flame dash enchants, Hexblast enchants.
Any Heretics veil with a positive enchant for you.
Boot Enchant: Elemental Penetration 10% - Best
Gloves: Commandment of Reflection - creates a decoy occasionaly that will draw aggression instead of you

Gearing and leveling:
This is a low life build, you will be starting out with life gear and life nodes and later on switch to low life, aka pure energy shield. Prepare before doing the switch.
Recommended once you have a 4-5L Shavronnes and Eye of Chayula amulet ready (Presence would be even better) and around 15-20 regret points.
Watch out for the Elder base boots that have the modifier Supported by level 20 spell totem (better with palcement speed than damage).
The best Anointments: Skittering Runes
2nd best Anointments: Hex Master or Method to the Madness
Make sure to max out your resistances and once you get all of the auras, remember to place a defensive aura (recommended Tempest shield).
It is recommended to have resistances 30% above 75%, so 105% because of elemental weakness maps.
