IMPORTANT NOTE - 3.2.7 Vortex got changed so it can' trigger twice of the same frostbolt in theory this does nothing for the dps as long as we sustain frostbolts , if your having issues sustaining frostbolts then either switch to double unleash 
or use lesser volley aswell as greater volley 
IMPORTANT NOTE 2 : Ball lighting version has two key diffrences first of all change the skill gems slighty and also don't take intensify mastery it will brick your build 


Act 1 
-Rolling magma + arcane surge + combustion
-Flame wall
-Holy flame totem
-Shield charge/leap slam + frostblink/flame dash
-clarity or vitality (don't level higher than 2-3 , this isn't vital but if you have the space there isn't anything better to go in your socket

Act 2
-Add herlad of lighting 
-Add Arcane cloak
- Rolling magma + arcane surge + faster casting
- holy flame totem + combustion

Act 3 
.Add conductivity
.Grab automation and link it with arcane cloak , if you have mana issues you can unlink it and self cast arcane cloak 
.Replace rolling magma with firestorm 
.complete fixture of fate / go to libary , its connected to the imperial gardens 
.Firestorm + archmage + arcane surge 
.If you have a 4 link add either faster casting , inspiration or culling strike depending on colour , 4 blue sockets is the best and 3 blue 1 green is the worst however that can be used later so dont throw away
.Pick up purity of elements , don't use it if you are using archmage (you will still need it later)
.Remove Flame wall gem once you swap to firestorm
.Remove herald of thunder once you start using archmage
.Remove clarity/vitality once you start using archmage 
.We have lab available , its not mandatory to rush it so do when you feel comfortable , lab should be easy as soon as you hit lv 31 and get acess to archmage  
.Grab more duration from the libary and link it with arcane cloak

Act 4
.Link eternal blessing + purity of elements 
.Add Sigil of power 
.Add frost shield
.If you have 4 blue sockets replace faster casting with spell echo 
.If you have the spare alchemy orbs grab Spell echo , arcanist brand and greator volley (Level them in offhand , step is not necessary but does help a little bit )
.If you have any spare chaos now would be a good time to grab  mindspiral / stone of Lazhwar / valako sign (Stone of lazhwar / mindpiral should be priority number 1 and 2 respectively )
.Holy flame totem is safe to remove as it starts falling off at this point 
.If necessary put a skill point into str/dex large node to hit skill requirements 

Act 5 
.Reap the benefits of your preperation in the previous acts 
.Overall no skill changes 

act 6
.A 3 blue and 1 green socket item can be gauranteed from a quest reward , if you don't have an item with the same colours grab it

act 7 
.A 4 Blue item can be gauranteed from a quest reward , if you don't have an item with the same colours grab it
.You should unlock second lab in this act , do it as soon as your able to as this is the most important ascendancy points 
.After lab 2 you can switch to the early map setup for gems and can switch to vortex of projection / ball lighting of orbiting
.For vortex you want Vortex + archmage + spell echo + arcane surge
.For vortex you also need Frostbolt + unleash/arcanist brand + greater volley + faster casting

act 8-10
.If you have not switched over to vortex of projection / ball lightning that is fine , however you should switch over as soon as possible because its much more effective 
.Focus on getting your sockets right for the skill change , getting ress capped should be easy as you have +86% all ress from skills + tree 
.If you have some starting chaos , getting some of the uniques would also be nice 
.For rare gear focus on getting as much block as possible on your shield 

Ball lightning notes
.You can use ball lighting of orbiting if you want a one button playstyle or just prefer the skill however i personally think its just worse than vortex of projection
.If your using ball lighting unspec from intesify mastery , if you don't the mastery will brick you build

starter tree notes
-Starter uses alot of uniques but they should be incredibely cheap , Stone of Lazhwar should always be 1c its one of the most common uniques in the entire game and should be first purchase
-Mindspiral should also be 1c (even in leagues where mana stacker was popular it was 1c) and provides alot of survivability ,this should be second or first purchase 
-Valako sign is the easiest source of leech so it is important for survivability and should be your Third purchase also historically 1c (Leech can also be gotten from helmet/ring corrupt but i wouldn't relly on it being available for league start)
-Rainbowstride might be a bit more expensive , If its more than 5-10c don't  buy it and instead get a rare , then to compensate for spell block grab arcane gaurding in the top left of the skill tree for 3 points
-Replica Reckless and healthy mind aren't required and can be replaced with rares , if you replace replica reckless make sure you have attack block on rare jewels 

Starter -> Endgame requirements/Notes
-You don't need all the gear to transition from the early game -> endgame pob and you can swap gradually without much issues 
-Large cluster is important for es leech , you don't need a perfect one with 3 notables just essence rush will be fine if your initally swapping (this is one of the most important parts of the switch as es leech is really nice for sustain)
-Anathema - Needed before you swap skills , for extra curse limit
-Ailment immunity is gotten from belt + stormshroud (If you don't have 100% on belt thats fine but you will need another abyss jewel with shock avoid to cap)
-Abyss jewels need shock avoidance with the amount depending on how good your belt is , the shock avoidance x  belt modifier = 100% at the minimum 
-Swapping from purity of elements to wrath requires at minimum a source of freeze immunity ( Brine king pantheon) , preferable to have Full ailment immunity before swapping 
-Militant faith + Unnatrul instinict is good but isn't required for swap and mana sustain shoudl be fine even without it 
-Algor mortis corrupt isn't needed , but we have the extra curse so if you can get it you should 	
-Swapping from alira to +1 passive is good but not a high priority 

Endgame -> Power charge stacking 
-Make sure you swap over too purity of elements , wrath is better for damage but purity solves issues that we would realistically need mageblood for 
- Need void battery , malachi loop , ralakesh ,willclash and graven secret for swap
- Move unnatrul instinct as the new position gives block 
-Capping block is important for defence if you don't have max block then use rumi for flask
-To help cap block we have a corruption on shield and amulet shoudln't be too expensive so don't forget it as its important even if not necessary
