NOTES:
This build summons 6 Totems which fire 9 (11 with Dying Sun) Projectiles each, which can all shotgun and then split and return with Nimis.

By stacking Mark effect (+75% effect from DE mastery, +21% from That Which Was Taken and +25% from another charm, -16% from Mark on Hit to automate = 105% increased mark effect)
with a lvl 21 Sniper's Mark, each projectile hit will split into 10 projectiles and return, shotgunning the boss as well.

This obviously assumes you place all totems as close to the feet of the boss as possible, otherwise not every projectile will return and shotgun.

With this math, if 1 projectile from each totem hits the boss, splits and shotguns for full value, the minimum number of hits per activation is:

6 Totems x 11 hits (1 initial hit, 10 return shotgun) = 66 hits per activation.

Under perfect PoB warrior conditions, if all 11 projectiles hit and split and shotgun for full value,

6 Totems x 121 hits (11 initial hits, 110 return shotgun) = 726 hits per activation.

The game obviously won't like this, and I don't have a top end rig so it's even worse.

This build can do a sizeable amount of content (I got to 35 challenges with it, but im rerolling with mageblood for the rest), so it's not completely garbage, it's just insanely expensive for relatively little results besides lagging your PC to hell.

This build TECHNICALLY has the dps to do Ubers, but considering it's basically a melee build when you need to run up and place totems at the boss' feet and it's not nearly in the whole "instaphase bosses" level of damage,
I usually lagged like crazy and got hit by mechanics afterward so it's not really a viable Uber bosser

RAISE SPECTRE ABUSE:

THIS BUILD USES 2X Perfect Dark Marionette Corpses from the Breaker of Oaths w/Guardians Blessing, although really you could also just use a Divine Blessing Setup. Perfect Dark Marionettes technically do a weak scorch on death explosion,
so I wanted to play around with it, idk, it kinda sucks because you need to stagger them so 1 is always alive and if they both get oneshot by a boss their deaths will be synced after

Estimated Cost of the build:

Wand: T1 Lightning Fractured Imbued Wand Base (~5 Div, thanks for donating the base Kwiyo), slammed with Deafening Zeal Essences until T2 crit chance/multi, then Suffixes cant be changed and Veiled Chaos slam into Ele Pen unveil

= ~9 Divs Investment for a very shit wand, but I crafted it because there was nothing really matching what I wanted for the price

6L Replica Hyrris: 2 Div for ok dmg roll, 4W with Vorici (its a pure dex base and you need a lot of red and blue sockets for lightning/volatility gems) and 30% Hillock so I could 6L it easier at the time

= ~6 Divs

Nimis: you can play this build with Returning Proj support, thats how I started it, but it'll do like 70% less damage which fucking sucks, basically the same lag with no damage.

= 34 Div at the time of purchase, it's 50 Divs at time of writing LMAO

Ralakesh Boots are optional, I just wanted to abuse them

Rest of the gear was just essence spam until settle, I didn't keep track of how much I spent but easily 30 Div on everything else combined, I spent a lot of time and chaos buying essences

I built this as half meme half bosser but it can't do bosses because it does more dps to my CPU and GPU than bosses and the servers dont like it, don't play it

If you want to play Kinetic Bolt I advise playing like Strength Stacking Replica Alberons or something, it's way less laggy and faster on clearspeed since you dont need to manually summon totems every time

The places this build shines is stuff like Heist where you can put your totems in front of a door and then hide in a corner and wait for them to clear out stuff on the other side, instead of usually getting oneshot in the doorway by fucking Templars
