Notes
-----------------WARNING: NOTES ARE NOT UPDATED FOR DEADEYE ONLY------------------ BANDITS & PANTHEON: Bandits: Kill All (Kraiten for leveling) Major God: Soul of Arakaali (Brine-King for leveling) Minor God: Soul of Abberath (Ralakesh for leveling) SETTLERS OF KALGUUR LEAGUE: Bows will be getting a variety of new powerful and build-enabling enchant options, including Far Shot & 'Projectiles Return to you.' While it's not yet known how quickly and conveniently these enchants can be obtained, they should likely be acquirable by early endgame. Be sure to double check the suggested bow craft in the Items section for whichever build variant you're following at the time. LEVELING: There are three subsections for the leveling portion of the guide, including 'Campaign Start,' 'Early Leveling,' and 'Late Leveling.' The Skills, Items, and Passive Tree sections all contain matching templates for each of these subsections to be followed to your liking. Collectively, these encompass the segment of the game leading up to high-tier red maps. They contain several high-power leveling uniques, none of which are mandatory at this stage, however. Leveling will begin as a conventional Galvanic Arrow into Rain of Arrows hit-based elemental setup. Prioritize flat damage ASAP and anywhere you can get it, including Iron Rings, Serrated Quiver, Magic gloves, etc. First Bandit kill can be whichever you like, but veteran campaign runners should opt for Kraiten for the +8% increased movement speed. Elemental Hit of the Spectrum and Prismweave will compete for highest priority first trade purchase. It'll be best to purchase Elemental Hit of the Spectrum off trade sometime after Act 5 and preferrably around the time when you reach Master Fletcher and Multishot on the tree. Because of all the sources of flat damage in this build, Quill Rain is actually a Best-in-Slot leveling bow until high-tier red maps. It may or may not be worth pursuing depending on its price early on. This is a Precise Technique leveling tree, which means you must always be aware of your Accuracy-to-Life ratio. The trajectory plotted in the guide should keep your life under accuracy so long as you don't have an unusually high number of items with life rolls equipped. Prior to acquiring Lioneye's Paws, run Sniper's Mark linked to Mark-on-Hit support instead of Elemental Weakness linked to Hextouch support. The Deadeye ascendancy will be chosen for its superior speed and instant clear in low-level content. Plan to swap from Deadeye to Warden while completing the fourth and final lab (or sooner if you wish). The cost of this respec is unknown as gold is now a new currency for it. The Warden ascendancy favors bossing damage more than the Deadeye. Completing 2 or even 4 voidstones within the confines of modest leveling gear should be doable for anyone familiar with their corresponding boss mechanics. EARLY ENDGAME: The following need to be done before entering this stage of the build 1) Swap from Deadeye to Warden and finish the fourth and final lab. 2) Reach level 90+ with Spell Suppression cap and high Evasion 3) Acquire a Short/Grove/Thicket base bow with a modest triple flat elemental damage roll plus attack speed 4) Acquire the following (as of 3.24) cheap build-enhancing uniques, 'Ahuana's Bite,' 'Painseeker,' 'Lioneye's Paws,' 'Halcyon.' The other uniques are not as important. 5) Annoint Defiled Forces on the amulet to consistently roll Ignites and Shocks on enemies. 6) Craft or buy the recommended flasks with the right bases and suffixes, albeit interchangeably LATE ENDGAME: The following need to be done before entering these stages of the build 1) Acquire a Bone/Ivory/Spine base bow with a respectable triple flat elemental damage roll and crit plus attack speed 2) Spec out of Precise Technique and into the many Critical Strike nodes available on the tree 3) Swap out of Ballistas and into a Cast-on-Crit Manaforge Arrows setup instead 5) Craft or buy the remaining endgame utility flasks with Dying Sun to unlock 5+ projectiles in the build 6) Get a double Inspired Learning setup (and subsequently a Headhunter) to unlock the true potential of map blasting
