Specters:

2x Frost Auto-Scouts (you need a Tunnels or Reposity Contract) and 1x Harpy (Beyond Spectre)

*Can go up to 18 mil DPS if you remove Scouts and add 2x Carnage Chieftains. Good for Bosses or Invitations*

Helmet Links: Raise Spectre, Greater Multiple Projectiles, Pierce, and Summon Phantasm.

Once you have enough currency, you could get a lvl 21 Raise Spectre gem, a +1 Wand, and an Empower 4 and you can go up to 4 Specters, but you're gonna have to remove the Phantasms. I'd say it's worth it for the High Budget Setup,
because you can use 2x Frost Auto Scouts, and 2x Harpies and have good clearspeed and good single target

!!! If you plan on farming Harbingers, keep the Phantasms (the Ball Lightning attack from King Harbingers is really dangerous for minions) !!!
