General recommendations: In Keeper's League, we get a Breach in every zone in acts. They give a lot of exp and this guide will keep your damage so high that you should be able to overpower them easily. You can skip breaches if you are more than 2 levels above the zone. Otherwise, take the Breaches. They are easy and keep you overleveled. If you are 2 levels under the zone you are in, do the Breaches no matter what. If you are too low level for the zone, you gain much less exp. This is generally pretty cheap, but items like the Watcher's Eye (if you get both the Clarity AND the Precision mods on one item) might be more expensive than necessary. Some of the annoints are also not cheap, but they are for utility / speed. The Timeclasp rings and Warped Timepiece amulet get expensive the closer to -20 you get. You don't need to maximize this unless you plan on continuing Kinetic Fusillade to red maps. I've added examples of a level 35 tree for each character as requested. You can path to some accuracy to increase damage as well, as our hit chance is fairly low. You can path to more % (fire, elemental, attack, spell) damage nodes for general damage and life/resistance nodes if you are more concerned about survival. Because of the body armor swap at level 35, there is no life modifier on the body armor, so you can pick up the life mastery for 15% maximum life. Towards the end of act 10, if you are still blasting at full speed, you may start to find some strong rares, but the damage is so high that you should be able to kill them without much issue. I've also added a single level 50 example for the Ranger. You can adapt your tree to fit your needs with life, resistances, jewels, reservation (if you want more auras), damage, etc. You can also swap the belt out for a Darkness Enthroned belt with resistance on abyss jewels if you want to cap resistances easier. You can swap off of Seven-League Step if you want your speed to rely solely on Lightning Warp to get around, but in towns you will be slow. Until level 50, you can use any amulet you want to supplement survivability, but Karui Ward is best for speed, Ignomon is best for damage. Level 1: 2x Blackheart gives flat Chaos damage to all attacks. You can use any attack skill that you want, but this guide focuses on wands because it is easy to start Kinetic Bolt from level 1. Level 4: You can equip Quicksilver Flasks now. Pre-making the quicksilver flasks helps a lot. If you are crafting a quicksiver with the movement speed suffix, make sure the flask is at least item level 5. Level 5-7 gives us no risk of crafting something with a higher level requirement. And you can add Volley and Pierce to your Kinetic Bolt. Level 5: Equip Karui Ward with the Graceful Assault annoint for speed and damage. Level 8: Equip new supports: Added Lightning Damage for raw damage since we don't have Poet's Pen yet. Lesser Multiple Projectile for more coverage. Remove Momentum from link now. This is a quality of life support gem. Added Cold Damage instead of Lesser Multiple Projectile if you just want damage over coverage. Faster Attacks is just generally good. Your 6 Link should look like this now: Kinetic Bolt - Added Lightning Damage - Volley - Pierce - Faster Attacks - Lesser Multiple Projectile A 6 link is not absolutely neccessary if you do not have the Watcher's Eye with reduced mana cost, but it is very nice to have the extra utility and damage. If you do not want to run a 6 link, take off Lesser Multiple Projectiles and either Pierce or Faster Attacks. They are each there for quality of life, so pick what you want to use. Level 10: Equip Clarity to enable Watcher's Eye jewel and to not need mana potions as often, if ever again. Put Lightning Warp in a socket and lock it to level 1. Level 12: You can now equip two Poet's Pen wands. This gives free scaling physical damage to carry you to level 35. We also get auto casting Lightning Warps due to Poet's Pen's unique ability. Put Lightning Warp and Arcane Surge in one of your Poet's Pen wands. Equip Honourhome for some flat lightning damage. Don't swap if you want to keep Goldrim's resistances. Put Kinetic Fusillade in a socket and level it. Don't swap to it until level 25. You can swap to a Karui Ward with the Fleetfoot annoint to speed up lightning warp, but Poet's Pen trigger on Lightning Warp is a little buggy so you don't need to. We will want this annoint swap at level 25 for speed. Lightning Warp speed scales with reduced skill effect duration. The use speed is affected by cast speed. At level 25, the use speed of Lightning Warp increases substantially. Level 18: add Faster Casting to your Lightning Warp link. Replace Pierce with Sacred Wisps in your main 6 link. Replace Added Lightning Damage with Physical to Lightning. You are scaling physical damage for free with Poet's Pen, so converting it to elemental damage is better than flat lightning. Replace Lesser Multiple Projectiles with Elemental Damage with Attacks. The reduced damage from Lesser Multiple Projectiles will start to be felt around now, plus we are converting half of our physical to lightning. You can pick up Herald of Ice or Herald of Thunder for more flat damage if you want, but mana can become a constraint if you are not close to a leech or mana on hit node. You can add Blood Rage to your other Poet's Pen wand if you want. You can also add Life Gain on Hit to your main 6 link if you want more healing. You can use this with Added Lightning Damage instad of Physical to Lightning and Elemental Damage with Attacks. Level 25: Swap Kinetic Bolt to Kinetic Fusillade. You should have Window of Opportunity on your tree by now, allowing the duration of this skill to be around 0.25 with the two Timeclasp Rings. The rings need to be 17-20 reduced skill effect duration. On the trade site, it will be "#% Increased skill effect duration" and you set the max value to "-17". (-18 to -20 will feel the best, -17 is cheaper and works, but some people can feel the difference). Now you can add Spellslinger to your Lightning warp link: Spellslinger - Lightning Warp - Faster Casting - Arcane Surge. Arcane Surge does not work with Spellslinger, so we drop it from here. And the more "less duration" you get, the shorter the surge lasts, effectively not ever applying to you. Swap to a Karui Ward with the Fleetfoot annoint to speed up lightning warp. Swap to Prismweave for a lot of flat elemental damage. Remove Faster Attacks from your 6 link. Attacking faster with Kinetic Fusillade does not benefit you until your duration is a lower number than your attack time. Do not run a Silver Flask. Do not increase your attack speed. You can now toggle Spellslinger when you do not want to teleport around while attacking. IMPORTANT: Kinetic Fusillade functions with reduced skill effect duration. You use the skill, it stores projectiles, and once you stop attacking it releases these projectiles. If you get the duration low enough, you no longer have to wait for those projectiles to release. The time it takes to release will be less than the time it takes for you to ready projectiles. You can do your labs to gain the ascendency points without putting points into your ascendency. Just finish the lab, touch the statue to gain your points, and exit the menu. Level 31: The second biggest jump in damage and the biggest jump in speed: Add Less Duration Support to your main 6 link. At this point, you should focus on life nodes on your passive tree. +30 Maximum Life and 15% increased maximum life if you do not have a life modifier in your body armor in the life masteries are both good. An Unnatural Instict placed in the Scion start zone can help, but is not necessary. Level 35: The biggest jump in damage and what you will use all the way into maps. Swap your wands to two Eclipse Solaris wands and swap to other Light Radius gear. Solaris Lorica, The Ignomon, and Bisco's Leash. We get so much flat damage from Eclipse Solaris that the Prismweave is no longer that useful. Add a level 1 Precision to enable the other mod on the Watcher's Eye. If you can't afford the Watcher's Eye, look for any form of Blind immunity to prevent your Light Radius from being reduced. You should be able to path to some form of leech on the tree by this point. If you are a witch, shadow, or ranger, you can path to Clever Thief. Otherwise, Vitality Void / Spirit Void. Your 6 link should now be: Kinetic Fusillade - Elmental Damage with Attacks - Less Duration - Volley - Sacred Wisps . You can add some form of utility here for the 6th link. I would run Lesser Multiple Projectiles until level 38. Level 38: Swap Volley to Greater Volley. 6th link options: Fork for a bit more coverage. Life Gain on Hit for a bit more survivability. Kinetic Instability if you want more stuff on your screen. Damage on Full Life for raw damage. Add Mark on Hit to your Sniper's Mark. You can add Haste if you want more speed, but make sure the duration on the Kinetic Fusillade tooltip is still a lower number than your attack time number. You can add Purity of Elements if you want more survivability. Level 50: You can swap your Amulet to Warped Timepiece with the Hasty Demise annoint to increase your damage here, but it is not necessary. Your damage should be very high for this point in the game. Special Mentions: There is a mod on the Watcher's Eye jewel for reduced cooldown of movement skills. This can vastly speed up the Poet's Pen / Spellslinger with Lightning Warp, but you would need to give up one of the other two Watcher's Eye mods. If you want to fit this Watcher's Eye mod in, which requires Haste, you might need some reservation efficiency nodes. There is one next to Vitality Void / Spirit Void, and a Mana Mastery has 12%, which is near Window of Opportunity. Also, remember that if you are running Haste, you need to be careful how much attack speed you gain. Your duration has to be lower than your attack time for Kinetic Fusillade to work properly. Kinetic Fusillade benefits heavily from more projectiles when the attack is released, so using both the Greater Volley and Greater Multiple Projectile supports in the 6 link can still do a ton of damage. I don't know who originally popularized the light radius tech for leveling, but I first found out about it through Zizaran. While in your passive tree in game, you can use the command "Ctrl+F" to focus the search bar without clicking it. This also works for any menu with a search bar, such as crafting tables and currency exchange. I tried to keep the notes fitting in a 1080p screen horizontally, along with color coding everything so it is easier to know what gems are in what section. I hope this guide helps! I don't care about recignition, I just want to know how to make things easier for others, so if you do find something useful to add on to this, feel free to comment on the reddit post or dm me if necessary. r/CyKsFuzzles
