Try to find a good elegant hubris, minion life is your biggest damage multiplier and you need 1 80% shock avoidance - So at bare min, you you just want 80% shock avoidance/80% inc minion life
80% increased physical damage/global multi are also good stats, just try to find a relatively cheap 3 stat jewel.

Can use a +2 minion gull for more damage.

Tattoos can also be minion life to save some cost, as herald tattoos are pretty expensive. Minion life gives a ton of BV damage, but wont improve your explodey damage.

A lot of your resist comes from cluster jewels.

need elegant form(small cluster)/storm shroud jewel/80% shock avoid(from elegant hubrid) to be ailment immune.

Forbidden jewels are optional, can just replace with normal jewels.

You don't care for critical strike chance because diamond shrine will crit cap you, crit multi is a very strong strat.

Progenesis can be replaced with Atziri's promise to save cost. Wine of the prophet is good, but not needed.

Mirror chest is a pretty big upgrade for explode/aoe/defense - Mirror boots are pretty low priority, because you can make similar boots without elevated elusive for a fraction of the cost.

You have to be 100% ele converted to be immune to reflect, as your ascendancy only gives elemental reflect immunity. You want most of your conversion to be lightning, for bigger shocks

Bulk of the build cost is the Weapon, gloves, boots and clusters. Tattoos are also expensive, but you don't need all of the herald tattoos to start the build and just replace some with minion life.
