You can play the build without Progenesis. Still tanks Uber Sirus die beam, Uber Shaper slam etc. Progenesis just makes you don't care about boss mechanics.

This is an all content Pathfinder build. You can complete 40 challenges, kill any boss including Ubers, farm simulacrum(video is in link at top), 
farm blight/expedition or anything else you can think of. Consider using a default quality cluster traps for mapping cause it is better.

Build's defenses

Pathfinder = Endless flasks = Fakeblood build (No need for mageblood)
Grace + Physical damage taken as x element = Huge defense against attacks
Armour? -> I converted 100%physical damage taken to 3 different elements so we mitigate physical damage from elemental resistances
Topaz and sapphire flask = Easy resist cap and more mitigation against those damage types. Uber bosses deals a lot cold damage so sapphire is a must.
Lightning coil body armour = More mitigation against physical damage + Topaz flask(easier to cap lightning res and more mitigation thanks to body armour)
Life flask = Endless healing thanks to new Pathfinder ascendancy passive "Master Surgeon". Life flask also recovers energy shield because of our unique belt.
100% suppress chance = Good spell defense
Ailment immune = Especially good in simulacrum
Crit immune = Poison mastery(enemies poisoned by you cannot deal crit strikes)
Stun immune = Flask suffix + Talent tree
Curse immune = Flask suffix + Yugul Pantheon
