Critical Weakness is NOT working or I don't know how to make it work so i just added 10% base crit, same with charge infusion added the 19% more crit in personal things.

Ice bite should be up when you flicker if you did the combo right hitting bell to freeze it but you can turn it off if you want.

Shock is 20% and it gets applied super reliably from flicker. Wither also gets applied easily with eye if winter. As for blind it procs quite fast from winddancer but you can put it on bell if you want instead of font of mana.

Rage is 30 because you build it fast with ice strike and bell also has extra rage generation.

Infernal cry/mantra of destruction do not work either so hard to say on that one
Have done a dirty just add the 140% as fire and 42% as chaos on general configs but remember those work ONLY on Flicker that is why Charged staff shockwave should do way less dmg you can delete them to check its real dmg.

Can't also make exposure work maybe someone knows better.
