2x Frost Auto-Scouts (you need a Tunnels or Reposity Contract) and 1x Harpy (Beyond Spectre)

Helmet Links: Raise Spectre, Greater Multiple Projectiles, Pierce, and Summon Phantasm.

Once you have enough currency, you could get a lvl 21 Raise Spectre gem, a +1 Wand, and an Empower 4 and you can go up to 4 Specters, but you're gonna have to remove the Phantasms. Not sure if it's worth it.

!!! If you plan on farming Harbingers, keep the Phantasms (the Ball Lightning attack from King Harbingers is really dangerous for minions) !!!



I am gonna be playing with Behead instead of Ruthless for the main damage setup, but I know that most of you don't like too much conditional damage in your builds. Try out both and see which one you like.
