How to achieve 100% avoid elemental ailment?
	You'll need Ancestral Vision and at least 80%+ Chance to Suppress Spell Damage 
	Boots with avoid ailment mod (31-35%) and an implicit of 21-23% avoid elemental ailment are needed.
	Calculation: 80% Chance to Suppress Spell Damage / 2 = 40% avoid elemental ailment (Ancestral Vision mechanics).
	Adding the implicit 21-23% avoid elemental ailment gets you to 95% avoid elemental ailment.

	If you want to reach 100% avoid elemental ailment, you will need helmet with fractured Chance to Suppress Spell Damage .

How to craft Boots with avoid ailment over 60%?

	Buy best base (dragonscale boots) ilvl 85+ with fractured T2+ Chaos Resistance
	Buy a lot Deafening essence of Loathing 
	Roll as long as you don't get 70+ Life and 20-25% ms with empty suffix
	Buy a lot Lesser/Greater/Grand eldritch ember and roll as long as you don't get % chaos res
	Buy a lot Lesser/Greater/Grand Eldritch Ichor and roll as long as you don't get % Avoid Elemental Ailment (Use blessed orb for max roll implicit )
	DONE

	If you somehow get t3+ Chance to Suppress spell damage but crappy prefix then,
	Buy a lot Lesser/Greater/Grand eldritch ember and roll as long as you don't get % chaos res
	Buy Eldritch chaos orb to reroll prefix and roll as long as you get 70+ Life with 20-25% movement speed (It would be expensive) (Eldritch chaos orb = If The Searing Exarch is dominant, reroll prefix modifiers If The Eater of Worlds is dominant, reroll suffix modifiers)
	Buy a lot Lesser/Greater/Grand Eldritch Ichor and roll as long as you don't get % Avoid Elemental Ailment ( Use blessed orb for max roll implicit )
	DONE

You get all and still want to improve this build?
- Watcher's eye 3 mod (Pride additional Impale, Grace Chance to Supress Spell Damage and  3 mod Determination/Grace/Pride/Precision, just pick something nice for you)
- Double Elevated Body Armour (T0 26-30% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras from your Skills and T0 Attacks have +1.51-2% to Critical Strike Chance) + additional curse

CRAFTING METHOD:

	Ring:
	- Buy Amethyst ring with fractured t1 % all resistance
	- Buy a lot Deafening Essence of Spite and use it to ring
	- Roll as long as you don't get t3+ life and t3+ res or empty suffix

	Ring:
	- Buy Amethyst ring with warlord influence (ilvl 80+)
	- Reforge caster from horticrafting (harvest)
	- Roll as long as you get curse vulnerability on hit + 1 empty suffix

	Adds 8 Passive skills Physical Damage with Master the Fundamentals, Battle Hardened, Force Multiplier 
	or
	Adds 8 Passive skills Physical Damage with Master the Fundamentals, Battle Hardened, Furious Assault

	The probability of obtaining either option is 1 out of 99 tries
