Notes
This is the finals step of the build, where everything come together and is min-maxed. It can still be pushed further up, using a squire and a mirror sword with multiple supports, a synth shield with recover on block and frenzy charge implicit, but why bother?
This build capitalises on a combo of items and skills for dealing big damage AND for great tankiness.
- Avatar of Fire + Lightning& Cold Combat Focus Jewels -> Convert all base damage to fire for easier scalling. Issue: Can no longer inflict elemental ailments other than ignite
- Leadership's Price -> 3% additional maximum elemental resistances AND Sap/Scorch/Brittle conflux - thus allowing us to inflict 3 additional elemental ailments at full damage(Total ailments: 4)
- Skitterbots -> Automatically applies chill and shock, for 2 more elemental ailments on the enemies(Total Ailments: 6)
- Enmity's Embrace -> Get a small fire damage bonus, and - more importantly - fire penetration based on our overcapped fire resistance. Issue: 65% reduced fire resistance
- Foulborn Skin of the Lords -> +2 to all socketed gems(lots of additional flat damage) and 50% increased resistances (both chaos and elemental). Thus greatly reducing the ring issue
- Purity of Fire + Ruby Flask + Elemental Resistance Flask Suffix + Mageblood + Rare Helmet with +2 to AoE Gems -> Pumps up fire resistance and maximum fire resistance. Issue: Not much space left for lightning and cold resistance
- Tempered by war Timeless Jewel + PoF Watcher's eye -> Converts 70% of lightning and cold damage taken to fire. With 90% fire resistance and 75% others, this ends up being equivalent to 0.9*0.7+0.75*0.3 = 0.855. Or 85.5% effective lightning/cold resistances
