You must have some mana recoup either on the Watcher's Eye, or crafted on rings (non-Helical), or as the Mana Mastery option (when not using Aspect of the Spider).

The final nodes at lv 95-100 are Doom Cast + Mastery/Runegraft. Take things like Light of Divinity and Deep Wisdom temporarily while leveling.

Configuration:
- if you don't have Rational Doctrine, uncheck Profane Ground;
- if you don't have Aspect of the Spider, remove Spider Webs.
