Time lost sapphire is crafted by:
Buy base with crit damage bonus/spell crit damage bonus and NO ring mod prefix. 
Use bla to upgrade to very large ring. 
Use Preserved Cranium to add desecrated mod, if this hits the very large ring youll have to use bla again to upgrade to very large.
The goal is desecrated prefix/very large and the 2 crit suffixes.
