- I saw that shock nova in the 3.28 reveal and instantly wanted to make a build around it. And when I saw greater echo support, shock nova of procession had built in repeats, and of course echo shrine belt -> LOGIN
- The skill itself is actually kinda wonky. If there was a way to force the echoes onto a single target it would be the best bossing skill in the game. But from my testing it's only possible against actual walls.
- But as you probably saw in the highlights. Damage is ridiculous. We don't need the best case scenario.
- Mobility, visuals, damage, recovery are all amazing. Max hit's are decent.

#notable stuff
- screams of the dessicated echo shrine + gull + blunderbore + FF harmony of purpose = the core of the build (shrine abuser)
Harmony of purpose pops up with acceleration shrine pretty often and it is the ultimate feeling of godhood.
Downside of no flasks is countered with bloodline extra ring slot and instant flasks.
I have a video that goes over in depth the belt and different possible combos.
- shock nova of procession + 4 intensity + intensify + concentrated effect = lots of less aoe = a lot of overlaps even if the boss is not against the wall
For mapping I recommend grabbing more aoe than what I have. This setup is mostly for bossing.
If you look at spec2, all you need to get rid of is concentrated effect and it's pretty good (but would be even better with more aoe)
Nadir mode makes the intensity fall off super fast so it feels useable while mapping.
- no flasks = how to get movement speed, we use lightning warp to travel around. i love that skill
- coiling whisper + lightning warp as applicator to get 225% cast speed (souls). I have a video on this tech.
In spec 2 I have a very expensive lightning warp imbued with swift affliction. You can use this or hextouch imbue to free up the six link for spectre / ag.
- jiquanis potential, an easy way to get a ridiculous amount of flat damage. Downside of bloodmagic synergizes with inquisitor.
- low life pain attunement, corrupted soul (max life as es), pious path (life regen applies to es too), righteous fire, dot's are no problem, decent max hits
I was lazy with the timeless jewel. Mostly just searched for ritual of flesh on one notable.
- stupid amount of leech (spec 2), since we are hitting over 100 times per second. Instant leech is insanely good.
- unnatural instinct + light of meaning in scion area = a ton of something (lightning damage, chaos res, attributes, etc)
- spell block clusters + megalomaniac for more spellblock and enduring composure (endurance charges) (spec2)
You can cap spell block with the staff cluster nearby (whirling barrier) . Staff masteries are pretty good too.
- watchers eye to get arcane surge as a blood magic user
- unholy trinity + foulborn blue nightmare - 160% more dmg from a support gem and a jewel and a couple passive points. Ridiculous.
The damage range with jiquani's is so huge and we hit hundreds of times per second
we are able to get away with only 10% lightning as extra chaos and another 10ish % lightning converted to chaos to have 50 resonance.
- spectres op and really easy to manage now. In spec 2 using 3 spectres to get lucky lightning dmg, wrath, zealotry, determination, and 5% phys damage reduction.
They don't really die in the content I was doing (nightmare map rush / uber bosses). Probably because everything else dies first.
- also running animate guardian in spec 2, gives us 10 fortify, 50% crit mult, 30% item rarity, culling strike, 50% increased damage, punishment curse

My initial setup, pretty budget imo ------------except the belt :)
A lot of the highlights and clips are with this setup (look at my flasks, if I have only 1 doedre it is this setup
It's a very lazy setup overall but it's still super powerful. So if you can snag an echo belt you can assemble the rest of the build without a lot of currency.
- Spec 2
Because of blunderbore I was stacking strength and it synergizes well with righteous providence node.
But I found it was more efficient to mostly stack intelligence and get the minimum required strength.
The new overloaded intensity exceptional support and nadir mode makes it super easy to cap crit.
Chestplate is really expensive. tempering orbs are super rng and painful.
Belt has two nodes now (not necessary but very comfy).
Jewelery is better but still nothing insane.
Large clusters can be expensive, you can craft them yourself though. I have a video on this.
- Beyond? ...
I was pretty lazy with gear and could have spent a lot more currency to min max this better. But it is so powerful already!
Damage is completely overkill so defenses would be what I would focus on. It is sort of hard to get this guy truly tanky. Might have to pivot in another direction.
