Notes

Might not need fortify as cold damage that cannot crit can stun and since we are precise technique we should be ok, but will need to check this. Fortify on the chest does not seem to work well when mapping as a lot of enemies die from the AoE
so % chance is not great. Start without fortify gem and switch in if you cannot stun enemies. May need to swap fortify gem in on bosses as unlikely to stun

Hypothermia seems to be the best damage gem, however inspiration is not much worse and may make mana much easier to sustain

Level 90 tree with +1 on gloves. Jewel socket is for ascendancy so will not be needed. 92 tree to get more int nodes if needed and would have to drop life in the meantime
Need fire damage somewhere to get ignite for more damage due to cluster jewel

If self chill does not proc a lot without work take brine bound and use heatshiver. Could combine well with cold mastery for bosses since they will be frozen for 1 second 50% of the time they hit you and are always frozen for 1 second when frozen. 
Freeze node could be better for safety and 1 second of damage uptime due to heatshiver could be very nice

Heatshiver and taming will make build much squishier so need to see if we can push damage on rares, although will likely be more expensive. Heatshvier is worth the compromise but the taming is debatable

I plan to yoink a levelling POB for Vaal Lightning Strike and spend a handful of Chaos to get the build clearing early maps and heist until I can level up and switch to a basic version of the build. What I want to switch:

Basic Clusters
Decent Sword
Half Decent Shield
Gloves with +1 Strike

This is not something I recommend people follow as inexperienced players might get stuck when respeccing the build. This is just a personal fun project!
