IMPORTANT:
You cannot get ruthless as ranger. Either mule it as marauder early game and get a free iron ring/rustic sash or let a friend buy it for you.
level 1-11 is going to feel the worst by far. If you know how to respec with gold, take projectile damage nodes early and respec everything once you hit level 12. Once you get through 1-12, the scaling is great with elemental hit at level 12. You get elemental hit once you enter the cavern through graveyard. It is a quest reward.
Swap ancestral call to ruthless/elemental damage to attacks on bosses.
DO NOT use multistrike with ele hit, it does not work with elemental equilibrium
Use two different weapons for dual wield mastery
You need to play elemental hit until you can afford/farm your foulborn ghostwrithe for life stacking oshabi.

Precise technique/accuracy VERY IMPORTANT
Dont skill too much life otherwise precise technique wont work. ALWAYS keep accuracy above max life.
