Use torment essence til +1 lightning gems , use cannot roll caster to annul 3rd prefix if its not caster. If its a caster mod you have to hard annul it or prefix to suffix
use prefixes cannot change and aisling. If prefix u want to go for chaos or lightning damage, if suffix you want to go for chaos overtime or cast speed
Multi mod accordingly
Use torment essence til 60+ lightning damage, hard annul or prefixes to suffix the last prefix.
Use 3 crafted mods , prefixes cannot change, cannot roll attack mods and Harvest Aug lightning for +1 gems.

Spam Greed essence til designed lightning damage, make it so your shield has 2 prefixes(light and life) and 2 suffix(whatever u want) use prefixes cannot change and harvest aug lightning for +1 gems.
Cheaper = use prefixes cannot change aisling block a mod and unveil curse effect. redeemer slam and pray for aura or frenzies. craft cast speed
More expensive = use prefixes cannot change and wipe suffxes and redeemer slam if you didnt get +2 minimum frenzy then use prefixes cannot change and reforge influence til you get it. Multi mod prefixes cannot change and aisling. Block and unveil curse craft cast speed
You can also get a +2 min frenzy synth base but those are kind of expensive.

Get suppression res or str fracture. Use essence til you get all 3 mods. Use eldritch currency for life, craft korrelll mod. Do implicits
Boots.
Get Suppression or dex fracturel. Use loathing essence til u get either of the other mod.
Use wild bristle matron , veiled chaos. Block mana unveil for movement speed craft life
Ring.
Get fractured chaos damage leeched as life
Spam envy essence til high dex with open suffix . Use suffix cannnot change reforge caster
