EXPENSIVE ITEMS
======================
To save you the time, here are some rare/expensive items (1div+ or generally hard to find) this build uses, in case you are SSF and/or HC:
- arakaali's fang
- amanamu's gaze
- aegis aurora
- essence of horror stygian vise with good flask rolls (flask rolls not necessary, but will improve QoL and make boss fights safer)
- whispers of doom anoint (3 golden oils)
- divergent bone offering & divergent tempest shield (not necessary, see 'more block tech' part)
- brutal restraint balbala (only if ssf)
- anomalous efficacy (not necessary, but we have a free link)
- watcher's eye with grace spell suppression (can theoretically be solved i.e. through raider ascendancy, breathstealer anoint or amulet anoint if +1 curse corruption, etc.)
This build does not need enlighten at all. If you do not have enlighten4, swap in lifetap in the cast while channeling set-up (tempest shield replaces anomalous efficacy in body armour). Spec banner reservation mastery above iron reflexes if needed
The build can be made better by alternate qualities (i.e. divergent malevolence, divergent multistrike, etc.), level 21 gems and by awakened support gems, but I have left these out
The helm has a temporal chains enchant
I have purposely not gone for 35% effect/3% minion attack speed clusters, but changing to this gives you a large damage boost



GIGA MOLTEN SHELL TECH
=======================
You can make vaal molten shell last for 36+ seconds by speccing into 10% more skill effect duration and removing generosity, so that malevolence affects you (it gives skill effect duration).
You can also spec into guard skill duration/cooldown, above iron reflexes and left of iron will. This gives you an extremely high up-time of regular molten shell as well. It may be useful for especially dicey situations (feared invitations).



MORE BLOCK TECH
=======================
There are multiple ways to generate more block, so that you do not need rumi's in case you wish to use different flasks (see flask part below), or do not have divergent gems. Here are some options:
- watcher's eye: +8% chance to block attacks while affected by determination
- shield mastery: +1% chance to block attacks per 5% chance to block attacks on shield (next to glancing blows)
- nodes leading up to safeguard notable: 3% spell block per node
- better exarch implicit: up to 17% increased bone offering effect
- nodes in scion starting area: 3% chance to block attacks per node for 9% total
- nodes near unwavering stance (command of steel): 8% chance to block attacks for 3 nodes
- nodes towards testudo and deflection: 14% chance to block attacks for 6 nodes, and 25% chance to block attacks for 10 nodes
- atziri's step/breathstealer set-up: allows you to anoint any block notable on the tree while keeping spell suppression capped
- small cluster jewels: a bunch of block/spell block
- elegant hubris: various node transformations
- glorious vanity: various node transformations



FUN WITH FLASKS
=======================
Due to the nature of our build, we always require to have the writhing jar. This gives us 4 flask slots to play with.
This PoB has chosen to go with Traitor tech (+4 flask charges per 5 seconds per empty flask slot), but this is not necessary.
TIER LIST
S tier:
- Quartz flask (phasing, easy spell suppression)
- Rumi's (armour, easy block)
- Flagellant prefix
- %armour/%evasion suffix

A tier:
- Jade flask (armour, generally outperforms granite + granite competes with rumi's)
- Quicksilver (speedy-speed boy)
- %movspeed suffix
- 3% life regen suffix (Catarina unveil)

B tier:
- Topaz/Ruby/Sapphire/Taste of Hate (you don't really need more elemental mitigation, but they consume 20 of 50 charges and last forever, so they can be useful in specific circumstances)
- Basalt/Stibnite flasks (consume 40 of 60 charges and give similar armour to a jade flask, but if for whatever reason you need even more armour(you don't) you can stack them with jade/granite for giga armour)
- Rotgut (there is some universe (but hopefully not this one) where you use a doedre's elixir to obtain endurance and frenzy charges, and those frenzy charges can be removed to boost Rotgut
- Doedre's elixir (see Rotgut, spec +1 endurance charge at templar area if you use this spec (don't use this spec))

C tier:
- Silver flask (40 of 60 charges and outperformed by quicksilver, but can be stacked with a quicksilver if you need even more movement speed, although Doedre's + Rotgut is better than Quicksilver + Silver, but with normal flasks you have flagellant)


SANCTUM RELICS
==========================
Sanctum relics can save you points or provide you with slight optimizations.
Mage Bane - Brutal Restraint can be socketed in the gem slot at the Scion starting area, affecting more nodes and notables
Iron Reflexes - Saves you a lot of points, and allows you to path towards Charisma instead via ranger area (take the cluster spot near Zealot's Oath)
Lethe Shade - Eternal Damnation works on any elemental degen and I know not of any bleeds strong enough to go through ralakesh pantheon + divine shield (minus maybe Kosis), but this would be helpful vs. uber Sirus
Flasks gain 1-2 charges every 3 seconds - really good prefix, together with all of the other prefixes that are pretty much always good (curse effect, aura effect, ...,)



Timeless Jewel techs
========================
Corrupted Soul - Pretty good tech, as 1 aegis block currently overfills your energy shield by a bunch. I am not sure whether it gives you more or less EHP. You 100% need pathfinder life-on-flask-use tech though for example late simulacrum waves.
							It should be noted that you can only use glorious vanity if you are pathing towards iron reflexes (you take unwavering stance), else it messes up your tree too much	
The Traitor - 		Extra flask sustain is always nice, but it also allows for really safe bossing. I.e. vs. uber exarch you can bring only 3 flasks (writhing jar, ruby flask, wise oak) and laugh at his fire spells. You can specialize flasks based on the boss
Transcendence - This is absurdly strong in very specific cases but not something you should be running outside of those cases. It also requires end charges (i.e. through doedre's elixir). I would only recommend this if you know exactly what you're
							doing, and if you do you don't need me to coach you through this (plus it would take up the entire page)
Divine Flesh - 	Useless; it greatly lowers your EHP
Supreme Grandstanding - Minions share charges with YOU, not the other way around, so this is useless
Power of Purpose - Not very useful, the amount of armour you get is negligible
