Notes

As of v3.24 she has three  tattoos she could use as well as two TWWT jewels. The
tattoos will require specific nodes allocated to be used, but if you can work
them in, the payoff is +1 levels of all Dex gems, +1 frenzy charge, and 8% CDR.
The TWWTs both have chance to gain a frenzy on hit, an actual reliable source,
and increase created corpse life. The other two mods vary. The +1 frenzy charge
is actually returning us to where we were as the glove swap ain't also got the
frenzy charge corruption.

Also, check about that Awakened Fire Pen as I'm not sure that's actually the one
to use now. I'm not sure PoB shows the chance to poison with each damage type,
and while the chance to poison on the explosion is listed as 100%, that may only
be the chaos portion of it. The fire portion might have a different and lesser
percentage, and that would be bad.

Detonate Dead of Scavenging removes the flat spell damage portion in favor of
boosting the numbers of the corpose explosion, but there's no chaos conversion.

Soulrend of Reaping deals much more damage but doesn't pierce. We don't need
pierce with our exploding corpses, though.

Blade Blast of Dagger Detonation could be a thing. Mathil did it with physical
to elemental conversion, but maybe it could be done with poison and slot right
into the build. Bino's has the highest physical damage of unique daggers.

Hexblast of Havoc could work assuming it hits the target. This version doesn't
add its cast time to its cooldown, so it can actually work in a trigger build.

Normal Blade Vortex could possibly work if the duration is long enough to let it
stack. Blade Vortex of the Scythe may or may not be dismissible when recast; if
not then it won't work.

As for her other skill gems...

Cyclone: The default got buffed to work like the alternate version I had. Is it
as strong, though? I'm not sure.

Herald of Agony: Gained virulence stacks but that doesn't matter for us.

Plague Bearer: Got more damage vs. area, so that's nice too.

Withering Step: The default got buffed to work like the alternate version I had.

Possible upgrades:

- Get 16% more chance to poison and Consuming Dark can go. It's not needed for
damage conversion; it's only there to top off poison chance. A simple +1 dagger
or scepter with more DoT damage would probably beat this thing.

- Drop Purity of Elements for Malevolence. That does come with a loss of various
ailment immunities, though, so it would for sure degrade the mapping experience.
It might be the play for bossing if you know what's coming and how to avoid it.

- Get permanent frenzy charges somehow. Right now they only come from Cold Snap
popping from CwDT, and that only provides charges on kill. Charges on hit could
come from Anomalous Blood Rage at the cost of having a degen on you. 

- The timeless jewel with Nasima and 5284 whatevers does something I can't
remember but seemed good -- I think it might've been frenzy charge on hit? I
haven't seen one of those pop up on a Standard live search yet, though.

- It'd be easier to get via frenzy charge on hit chance on the new That Which
was Taken jewel, so definitely pull one of those down from Affliction.

- I'm sure her regular jewels can be upgraded. Pile all the current mods on them
together and see how you can split them up to get the most return on new ones.
