Act 1 - The Siren's Cadence Quest:  
You need to take - Sweep. Place it in your off-hand weapon and level up it.

Act 1 - You need to buy - Sunder. So you need 1 Orb of Transmutation.

In the Lab always pick option for gems quality. You need quality on your Sweep for more AOE.

Act 3 - You can activate Pride Aura for more damage or Deternination Aura for more survivability.

You can swap to Sweep at Act 4 but maybe it's best to do it later Act 7 ot Act 8.
