--- Addressing Newest Nerfs (30 OCT) ---
The new nerfs are bad. I had previously stated that if they cut the initial hit in half, it would still be good. but cutting it into 1/4? not sure anymore.
- This skill may be bad in the campaign and popoff late game once you get flat on gear --- planning to try it out in campaign still but I don't think it will be viable for single target early anymore.
- Kinetic Blast + Wall is your fallback.
- I'm now recommending you try out kinetic fussilade for leveling
- The tree and gear is identical for KB and KR, so no adjustments are necessary, just swap out the main gem and be sure to include the new wall skill. It is likely the KR will popoff lategame and I plan to level both and slot it back in periodically.

Wand --- The base is flexible, choose what you want. The mods don't have to be perfect either, just look for high tier mods on the prefixes. suffixes, crit and attack speed are mandatory on any wand you wanna use into the endgame.
Lvl 1 - 9x --- Life based with evasion bases; suppress & T1 life recommended.
Post CI --- (switch to CI tree) ES only bases; intelligence & double t1 ES recommended.
