Act 1
spectral throw or frostblade for roa and haildrake
switch to rolling magma + ele prolif, this will require B-B socket
at lv 12 you can swap to power siphon, this will require B-B-G (power siphon - Locus mine support - Added lightning support)

you will need at least 2 transmutation
priority will be locus mine and power siphon

Other items you can buy with transmutation is lapis amulet (need extra int to equip wand) and faster attack for shield charge (can use momentum if you dont hv enough transmutation)

Act 2
you will need 1 alteration to buy skitterbot
So your aura is Skiiterbot and herald of ice

Act 3
you will need 1 orb of chance for charged mine, 1 alteration for automation and 1 transmutation for detonate mine

When you get to charisma cluster (give mana reservation) switch herald of ice with wrath

DPS scaling through campaign

Power siphon is ATTACK skill, so we want flat fire / lightning / ice damage

For wand, the stat we looking for
- Spell power
- Flat fire / lightning / ice damage (this is NOT flat damage to SPELL, it doesnt work because power siphon is attack skill)
- critical chance or crit multi

For wand you can essences of Woe, Anger, Wrath or Hatred.
You can also craft spell power (craft recipe at vaal oversoul act2) and flat damage (act 3 for lightning and fire, act 4 for cold, i usually use lightning)

Other slot to craft flat damage
- Ring
- Amulet
- Gloves

Flat damage craft will cost 4 transmutation

You will only need 1 wand and use shield (spirit shield type will be better for more spell power)

dual wield doesnt add the damage together, it will only alter between 2 wands you dual wielded so its a waste


For utility, I like to use arcanist brand link with firewall and sniper marks

For aura, 
Act 2 you will use skiitterbot and herald of ice.
Act 3 swap herald of ice with wrath ( you need to take charisma wheel to have enough reservation, you should alrdy hv them by lv 24 which when you can equip wrath)
