I LEARNED HOW TO LEVEL MELEE FROM CARN OVER THE YEARS SO TY CARN ================================================================================================================================= ------=WEAPON CRAFTING IN CAMPAIGN=------ ================================================================================================================================= Rare Axes are the way to go but until about lvl 20ish+ just use whatever 2hander you find AFTER that we hopefully FIND a good axe or Plan B Crafting. - Using an Essence of Contempt - Using Rustic sash recipe -= AXE RECIPE WHILE LEVLEING=- The recipe is done by vendoring W`eapon + Rustic Sash + Blacksmith's Whetstone. You can also use a magic Rustic Sash if you do not have a bad essence available to get a rare one. Do not use Alchemys on Rustic Sashes, you want to keep those to buy gems or to get better gear before maps. NOTE that you only start using recipe from lvl 12 bases onwards, it isn't worth doing on early weapon bases. Here are the weapon bases you want to look for until lvl 23): 1-8 : Corroded Blade 8-12 : Longsword - Jade Chopper 13-23 : Bastard Sword - Woodsplitter (First bases you want to rustic sash recipe or essence) 23-33 : Double Axe NO MORE SWORDS NOW ONLY AXES 33-45 : Shadow Axe 45-62 : Headsman Axe OR 49-62 : Labrys ------> This depends on wether your Shadow Axe is good or not, if it's only a Rustic recipe you want to get a Headsman Axe 62+ : Ezomyte Axe =================================================================================================================================== -----=AXE CRAFTING=----- ==================================================================================================================================== GOOD BASES : Ezomyte Axe, Despot Axe I recommend crafting on Ezomyte and Despot Axe early as they have lot better base attack speed and will feel good even without any attack speed rolled on them. ===================================================================================================================================== -= Entering Maps =- ====================================================================================================================================== You do not need a very good axe at all to start mapping just pick whichever option works at the time the axe I used was 300dps from a vendor then a 400dps axe in t10maps you can get better. Your first Axe is very straight forward, we'll craft on an Ezomyte Axe since it's the first tier 1 base you will be able to find at lvl 62. Your options are : - Use an Essence of Contempt and craft %physical damage if there's an open prefix, craft attack speed if it already hit %phys. - Just alch it and if it has decent mods, crat %phys or speed and go with it - If you have a Regal orb, alteration spam until you hit a decent flat phys roll, then regal and craft phys. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF ALTERATIONS, average of 40 to hit something good. ===================================================================================================================================== -= Mid Tier t10 farm =- ====================================================================================================================================== I RECOMMEND that you at least put the first 4 Atlas Points into Prolific Essence to try and find a few essences to craft axes/gear asap. - I think t10maps are good bridge stopping point for you to START buying all the uniques and regearing around Accuracy to switch to Precice Technique AS SOON AS POSSIBLE -This means you need a decent way to make some chaos early on personally I will do expedition and betrayal to get raw chaos and regrets to respec for example. along with basic betrayal craft options. ====================================================================================================================================== -=UNIQUES IN THE ORDER I WILL PURCHASE THEM=- ====================================================================================================================================== SOFTCORE PRICES ARE WHAT I AM USING FROM POE NINJA DAY 1 LAST 2 LEAGUE STARTS -=Fury Valve, Turquoise Amulet=-7Chaos on Day 1 last league start so let's assume 15c worst case scenario -Not a rare item can be found early on and is pretty cheap in general but is sadly mandatory now since Snipers Mark nerf. -lvl 40 wearable -=Lioneye's Vision, Crusader Plate=-5Chaos on Day 1 last league start so let's assume 10c worst case scenario -lvl 59 Wearable and is a good work around a 6link on day1-2 -Very common item will easily buy buyable -=Perseverance, Vanguard Belt=-3Chaos on Day 1 last league start so let's assume 10c worst case scenario for bad rolls -Not A RARE item but is more commonly worn on league start so not a 1 divine item but a 10-20c item for good rolls -=BELTIMER BLADE.ETERNAL SWORD=-115Chaos on Day 1 last league start so we assume it'll be the same this league so MAKE A PLAN TO MAKE DOLLARS YALL -ONLY CAN BE FOUNDD IN T10 MAPS OR HIGHER SO THIS WILL TAKE TIME TO FLOOD THE MARKET WHICH IS WHY WE PLAY 2HAND AXES AND MAKE MONEY -Literally the holy grail for our damage to skyrocket and for us to get much more comfortable on our tree and with the accuracy it gives goated item. -=Dreamfeather.Etenal Sword=-6Chaos on day 1 last league start so we can assume around 10c for a good roll -Not rare or expensive only buy this after you have a Beltimer blade that's all I have to say lol but it does have a lot of accuracy so it helps a ton with the accuracy issue.
