Notes

Buy a Smite gem in the Library at act 3 and level up it in off-hand.
Also buy Elemental damage with Attack and Trinity and also level up those gems in your off-hand.
At act 4 get your Multistrike and swap to Smite.
Also you can swap to Smite after the Library.

For Smite you need a Two-Handed Sword.
If you find a good Two-Handed Axe during the campaign, you can use it, but then skip the sword nodes on the skill tree.

Light of Divinity -> Elemental Valiance -> Field Medicine -> Bringe the Battle.
