IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS POB

1. Arcane Surge in the boots gem links (linked with arcanist brand and wave of conviction) is just to simulate damage.
    Pob does not count the arcane surge buff we get with the our large cluster jewelm, so this is a way to manually add it in.  You do not need to socket it. 
2. I get "19% increased effect of marks" and "call to arms" keystone on my sanctified relic. Increased mark effect allows my snipers mark split into  11 fireballs, instread of 10
    pushing our total fireball count from 15 to 16. But its fine if you don't have it, or if you have something else like spell crit multi, flat spell fire damage, etc. 
    Call to arms is to make our enduring cry instant - remember to use it. 
3. You can either have enduring cry on your left mounse button and immortal call on a button you manually press when you're in trouble, or the other way around. 
    Just remember that having either endurance charges or immortal call up makes this build a lot tankier.

HOW TO BUY OR CRAFT THE RARE GEAR

Flasks: 
Make sure they are exaclty like mine - flasks are very important, so we need to have good ones. 

Ring:  
Purchase a generic ring with chaos res, life, mana, around 20% ele res, and open suffix to bench craft +1 min frenzy charge

Weapon: 
How to craft:
1. purchase a fractured + 1 all skill gem or + 1 fire skill gem imperial skean rune dagger
2. Use attack speed essence and roll for crit chance. The only requirement is 29+% increased attack speed and 30%+ increased critical strike chance. 
3. Harvest enchant it with increased attack speed per quality.
4. Bench craft "hits cant be evaded" 
5. Harvest enchant this weapon with either "increased attack speed per quality" or "increased critical strike chance per quality" depending on what you're missing. 

Shield: 
How to craft: (expensive version) 
1. Purchase any int shield base (dont buy bone spirit shield) with 2% all max res mod factured
2. Use metallic + scorched fossils to hit +3% to maximum Fire/Cold/Lightning Res, 1 in 20 tries
3. If you hit fire or cold max res, use harvest "change resistance" craft to change it to lightning
4. Bench craft life. Your end product should have: bench crafted life,  2% all max res, 3% to maximum Lightning Res

How to craft: (cheaper version) 
1. Purchase any int shield base (dont buy bone spirit shield) with 3% lightning res mod factured
2. Chaos spam until you have +2% all max res mod (400-500 c average) 
3. Bench craft life. Your end product should have: bench crafted life,  2% all max res, 3% to maximum Lightning Res

How to craft: (bare minimum version) 
1. Buy any shield base with  2% all max res, 3% to maximum Lightning Res, and 1 empty prefix. Should cost you under 2 divines. 
2. Bench craft life. 
3. Your end product should have: bench crafted life,  2% all max res, 3% to maximum Lightning Res

Helmet: 
How to craft:
1. Get a pure evasion or evasion + es hybrid helmet base with our sniper's mark enchant
2. Use essences to get chaos res, life, around 10% spell suppression, and an open prefix
3. Finish implicits with eldritch ichor and amber, the necessary one is "physical damage from hits taken as lightning"
4. Bench craft "physical damage from hits taken as fire"
5. Your end product should have: chaos res, life, around 10% spell suppress, bench crafted "physical damage from hits taken as fire"

Gloves:
How to craft:
1. Buy a pure evasion or evasion + es hybrid glove base with either fractured life, or fractured spell suppression
2. Use strength essences until you have all these mods: 10%+ spell suppression, life and an open suffix
3. Bench Craft attack speed. 
4. Finish implicits with eldritch ichor and amber. The "unnerve" mod can be the lowest tier, but try to get above 20% "increased effect of marks". 
    Not a priority, but you'd be missing lots of damage. 
5. Your end product should have: life, around 10% spell suppress, bench crafted attack speed

Belt:
How to craft:
1. Buy level 86+ stygian vise with unnerve enchant
2. Hunter exalt slam it. 
2. Try and roll chaos res, tier 2 + "increased flask charges gained" mod, and an empty suffix. You can use essence, chaos spam, or alteration +  regal orbs. 
    Using chaos resist essence would be the fastest, using alt + regal would be the cheapest method. 
3. Bench craft "can have up to 3 crafted mods"  and use Wild Bristle Matron beast to apply  "suffixes cannot be changed". 
4. Harvest reforge crit for guanteed chance to get "gain a flask charge when you deal a crit" hunter mod. Now reapply "suffixes cannot be changed" with Wild Bristle Matron.
5. Bring it to Alsing and hope that it removes your  "suffixes cannot be changed". if it removes your hunter flask mod, try again from step 4 
6. If success, benchcraft mana, try to unveil life or "chance for Flasks you use to not consume Charges". Getting one of these two is almost guaranteed (pick life over flask if both mods show up) 
5. Benchcraft 12% increased cooldown recovery rate
6. Your end product should have: chaos res,   30% + increased flask charges gained,   "gain a flask charge when you deal a crit" , (benchcrafted) 12% increased cooldown recovery rate,
     life (or chance for flasks you use to not consume charges)

Boots:
How to craft:
1. Buy or craft boots with 25%+ Movment Speed, chaos res, life, and around 10% spell suppression
2. Finish implicits with eldritch ichor and amber. Total cooldown recovery rate from your gear must add up to 21% (boots + belt + jewel) . Aim for as high action speed as possible. 
3. Enchant with "avoid stun if you've killed recently"

Abyss Jewel: 
Buy an abyss jewel with life and stun avoidance. For the rest of the mods, you can look for whatever stats you may need. This is also a good place to look for Corrupted blood immunity.
For example: 1. You can look for intelligence if you need more int to balance your stats for leadership's price
                      2. Look for Strength if you are missing strength
                      3. You can look for cooldown recovery rate if you are not yet at 21%
                      4. You can get resists / chaos resist if you are struggling to cap resistances
                      5. You can get crit chance to cap your cyclone critical strike chance
                      6. You can look for attack speed if you are missing attack speed ( aim to get close to but not over 10.1 cyclone attack rate) 
                      7. You can get spell fire damage, critical strike multiplier, elemental penetration, etc if you don't need any other stats and just want damage

THINGS TO CHECK AFTER PUTTING TOGETHER THE BUILD

1. Is the your cyclone attack speed close to but not over 10.1? 
IF above 10.1, lower your attack speed! IF lower than 9.8, get more attack speed! 

2. Is your cyclone crit chance above 95%? 
If not, get more attack or global crit chance! 

4. Is your fire ball trigger rate above 9? 
If it's only at around 5, you need more cooldown recovery ! 

5. Is your dexterity equal to your intelligence ? 
Use your cluster jewel suffix and your jewel/abyss jewel to balance your int and dex to be equal. 

6. Are your elemental resistances capped? 
Make sure they are capped.
