Notes

Build Summary:  Very tanky, low effort build with solid damage and clear.  Great at lazy (not afk) ultimatum, ritual.  Good at everything else except legion.  Don't blame me if you hit level 100 by accident  Also has the best mtx

Mageblood isn't required (see my progression above, i was level 99 before mageblood).  I'm going to try with a HH this league 


Note: all mentions of tornado means the tornado of elemental turbulence gem.

The wierd pathing out of templar is due to spiritual aid and if youre using a physical converted skill or not.   physical take bottom row after spiritual aid, storm brand or blazing etc take top only


You can level with tornado as soon as you get it and equip it. 

Intensify support is for bosses, and the tornados will snapshot the dmg when cast letting you move whilst they keep doing damage.
Glorious Vanity Doryani (any seed) will elevate your tank to stupid levels.  Get one asap



Imbues for tornado:
Cruelty, item rarity, arcane surge (if FFs), conc (before helm), increase aoe,pcoc (drop assmark for punishment), cull
There is a Greater Intensify coming, no idea what it does yet.  if its +1 intensity thats another 10% dmg

If you get pcoc, try for tempest shield with hextouch support so you can switch to automated punishment.

How to make (non elevated) helm:

Step 1) Make the base with a woke orb from a shaper and elder helm.  Target helm must be ilvl 84+ archdemon crown, donor needs to be minimum 84+ too
Step 2) Spam Horror essences for Hypothermia    (approx 1 in 25 for Level 16, 1 in 40 for Level 18, 1 in 75 for Level 20)
Step 3) if no open suffix annul, if open suffix, Suffix's Cannot be changed, Reforge Crit at harvest bench, if hit spell crit good, if hit attack crit, annul
Step 4) repeat step 2/3 until happy with suffixs, whatever tiers that looks like for you

You can stop here and craft +1 aoe if youre out of currency.

Step 5) 
     Version A: Suffix's Cannot Change, reforge influence looking for Conc Effect this is riskier since it can fill the prefixs, but often faster and cheaper
     Version B: block mana, slam slam looking for Conc Effect, if no conc, suffix cannot be changed, scour, repeat
Step 6) if only conc effect prefix, craft suffix cannot be changed, Veiled exalt, if hit craft unveil after blocking minion helm craft (+1 Zombie/+1 Skelli) , if remove Conc, repeat step 5
Step 7) after unveiling +2 aoe, craft life
