Notes
Only a few things to mention Arc is great for mapping. For bossing you can do ice spear or blazing salvo. ice spear does more damage if you can hit them all but blazing salvo has auto target making it more consistant. Make sure to check attack speed and CoC breakpoints. Keep in mind you only need a small about of dex. If you can get accuracy instead of dex, while still maintaining armour and gem requirements and cyclone accuracy. this might allow you to get some extra chaos resistance on rings. Most of the gear is extremely cheap. Some are a few chaos while others may be <5 Div (such as a colored ivory tower or jewels) Most expensive parts of the budget version is getting the right split personalites. These are very saught after so.... First upgrades to think about when transitioning from Budget to Expensive are: Amulet Belt Jewels - especially uniques awakened gems Good corruptions on uniques Lab Enchant on Helm you can add rational doctrine or FF jewels depending on which one is cheaper (this will get you some extra regen) Breakpoints are confusing if I go with the POE community, POB tells me i wont hit my breakpoint.???????????? Breakpoints according to POB | Breakpoints according to POE Community | ________________________v______________ ___________________________________v______ Cooldown Reduction |Attack speed breakpoint | |Cooldown Reduction | Attack speed breakpoint 0% |5.1 - 5.35 APS | |0% |6.06 APS 13%-18% |6.06-6.30 APS | |14%+ |7.57 APS 16%-18% |7.58-7.6 APS | |52%+ |10.10 APS hitting these breakpoints is INSANELY annoying. you can get 8% from cluster but u need 9% which means you have to find a way to get 1% i managed to get this either on the cluster jewel or by getting a divergent CoC with 2% quality. Getting 30% increased attack speed beyond this point seems very difficult as well. also to keep in mind is the 6% from annoit. if you get more attack speed from else where or if you want to hit the 30% you will need to change this. it's probably best not to go blood rage or frenzy and just try to hit the breakpoint with jewels only, makes it more consistant. with jewels alone you NEED 9% just to hit the normal breakpoint. and then you need 30% increased attack speed to hit the next break point. extremely high budget can go for weird implicits and other stuff but medium/high you need to have some finesse in getting these weird breakpoints. if blood rage works = a 20/20 BR gives 20% and you need frenzy charges (YIKES) all you need is 7% from jewels to hit 7.6 and get the 7.58 trigger breakpoint (i think) if you cannot use BR or you cant get the jewels dont use them at all. With just the tree and skill as they are you should still have the lower breakpoint. if you increase your attack speed at all, that will brick the build.
