Notes

The build should cost around 300-350d, you can make it a bit cheaper (maybe like 25-50d cheaper?) and easier to gear if you don't like crafting as if you drop one of the corrupted magic jewels and use a caspiro elegant hubris next to unwavering stance, this means you don't need any stats on gear and can just buy cheap 1-2d rares that the tree has spit out to fill out all your gear.

Sceptre (Can buy for 20-30d on trade if you don't want to alt spam)
Alt spam for dot multi/level of all spell skill gems, annul to single mod (can beast imprint annul as craicic are cheap)
Sell any normal opal sceptre and 2 gems with a fire tag that are 20% quality to a vendor for a magic +1 all fire spells sceptre
recomb +1 fire spells and dot multi (33% chance to get 2 mod sceptre)
recomb +1 all spells and dot multi (33% chance to get 2 mod sceptre)
when you have two two mod sceptres, recomb them for 33% chance of 3 mod sceptre
multimod and done

Ring (do this first so you know what stats you need on other gear)
Essence of delirium until max roll dot, annul to 4 mods, fracture
Essence of anger spam for a chaos res roll you're happy with
Annul so it only has ess fire dam and chaos res suffixes and at least 1 open prefix
If you don't want the possibility of going back to ess spamming, craft suff can't be changed and scour, as in the next step if you already have 1 preix, the veiled exalt/chaos could either add a veiled prefix and fill your prefixes so you'd have to then annul a prefix or the chaos could fill prefixes and you'd have to annul
suffix's can't be changed veiled exalt/veiled chaos (the chaos has a chance to fill prefix which you'd then have to annul and go back to ess spamming if you annul a suffix)
unveil hybrid stats, depending on what stats you get you may be able to change around/craft different stats on other pieces of gear like the fractures on boots/helm and hybrid stats on shield
Once you have all four suffixes, if you have a prefix, wild bristle matron craft suffix can't be changed, scour any prefixes off
Once the ring is only the suffixes, craft bristle matron suff can't be changed
Harvest add/remove life, keep doing the above two steps of suff cant be changed scour, suff cant be changed add/remove life until you get a life roll you're happy with

Shield (do this second so you know what stats you need to look for as you can get hybrid stats/hybrid res/curse effect from the veiled slam and then craft hybrid stats/res/curse effect)
Fracture t2+ fire damage or buy on trade
Reforge life until t1 life, annul so it's only t1 life
Craft 3 additional mods, fire res and avoid ailments
harvest add remove fire mod (75% chance to remove one of the three crafted mods, if it removes the life, go back to reforging life for t1) this guarentees +1 fire
here if you want you can do prefix can't be changed veiled exalt (or veiled chaos, but 1/11 chance of filling and not being able to craft a mod) and try to unveil curse effect/hybrid stats or hyrbid res

Helmet
Buy fractured int base
Essence of woe or dense fossil spam until you get a t1/t2 % es or hybrid %es roll, use normal annuls if it has a third prefix, eldritch exalt for a life/% es/hyrbid %es roll you're happy with
Eldritch exalt/annul for a res roll you're happy with

Body
Buy a t1/t1/t2 es base from trade (these are crazy cheap because the tree spits them out, don't look for a 6l, buy any link and link it yourself with a black morrigan or fusings)
Eldritch exalt/annul for res's you're happy with, can save money here and just go for 1 res instead of 2 and then craft a res on helm/boots/gloves

Gloves
Buy fractues %es or fractured life
Woe spam until you hit a life or %es roll you're happy with
Eldritch exalt/annul for a res roll you're happy with

Boots
Buy fractured int base, or if you got enough int from other stats on gear buy a fractured res or another fractured stat that you might need
Reforge life until t1 life, annul so it's only t1 life prefix, craft mana, eldritch exalt slam for a %es roll you're happy with. If you don't hit %es remove craft, annul, if you annul life go back to reforging
Once you have t1 life and a good %es, prefix can't be changed, veiled exalt 50/50 it adds a veiled prefix (you can use a veiled chaos here, but you risk prefixes filling if the veil hits suffix and then you have to try to annul the bad prefix and possibly go back to reforging/exalt/annul slamming)
Unveil movement speed or use eldritch annul to remove the veiled suffix and go again
Once you have triple prefix, craft prefix can't be changed add/remove chaos for guarenteed chaos res, there's six tiers and each has the same weighting (if bad roll you can eldritch annul and try again but this can get expensive as it's 3d per attempt)
