Weapon: grave crafting suffixes for attack speed crit and multi

Then Use wild bristle matrons to clear prefixes, then use wild bristle matron and veiled orb.  Craft Phys to block and unveil.

Shield: Fracture Max Lightning res on Transfered attuned base
Spam Greed essence til fire damage t4 or higher.  If you have a open prefix you can get 2 suffix use prefix cannot change and aug life for hyrbrid life
Make sure your suffixes are clear then you prefixes cannot change and use veiled orb for double dmg or double damage when focused, repeat this step til you get it.
Craft the other mod.

Helm: ilvl 84 Blizzard Crown SHAPER base.  You can conqueor orb it and then use harvest to change to shaper.
First step is to try and get 30% more elemental damage and hypothermia ( which level is acceptable is up to you) There is 2 ways of doing this. 
1. Spam horror essence til you get hypothermia and open suffix (use Beasts) to fix this. 
2. Use Glyphic Abberant Fridged Prismatic Fossils 
3. When an open suffix use suffixes cannot change and reforge crit. You will always get a crit roll . The target here is 3 if you dont get 3. Make sure u dont have a influence mod on top and use a orb of dominance to try to eat the crit with the hypo so you can try again.  If you fail start over.
4. Now you helm looks like 3 crit , 30% more dmg and Hypothermia.  Use Wild bristle matrons to lock your suffix and use Harvest Reforge influnce its like 1/3 chance to get aoe. If you are poor craft life or phys taken as and you are done.
5. If you want life you have to block mana and exalt life.  IF you fail you use wild bristle matrons to protect your suffixes and annul the extra mod if you fail then you just reforge influence again and repeat til you get life + inc aoe.  Craft phys taken as and done.

Gloves:  Fracture Temple Cold res and Inc cold dmg on chilled enemies
Spam Chaos essence til suppression , Use Eldritch currency to get life.

Boots:  Get ilvl 85 Fugitive boots (These are pain)
Spam envy essence til desired suppression, use beast craft/anul to open a suffix and keep 2 prefixes( remember you cannot use eldritch currency to remove a suffix or prefix)ie if you have 2 prefix and 3 suffix starting you would first have to annul a prefix and then beast craft suffix to prefix to end with 2+2
Use any craft prefix mod on bench to block and use crusaders exalted orb for CDR. If you get t1 you are done if you get t2 you need to use wild bristle matron and reforge lightning to get a crusader mod on top and try to 50/50 to boost your CDR to t1
Use wild bristle matron and Veiled orb to unveil Movement speed and craft life.

Ring 1: Fractured t1 Chaos resistance on amethyst ring, Spam Anger essence til any resistance , use harvest to change.
Use wild bristle matron to reforge life. craft increased damage

Ring 2: Fratured veiled mod minimum power charge on an amethyst or vermillion(coral is also okay) base.   You want 1 life base and 1 Chaos res
Use Anger essence for fire dmg til desired str 
Use wild bristle matrons and reforge life til desired life.

Large Cluster 
If you want to craft them use elemental base not FIRE.  Ilvl 68-74
USe pristmatic fossils to try to high all 3 or at least Sadist + one other mod, use annuls and exalts to try to complete the cluster.

Medium cluster ilvl 50-67
Alt aug regal 130 alts 24 regals and scours.

Adorned Jewels
Get fractured elemetntal multi and alt craft them for life.  I think the most cost effective way is to use Beastiary Lock Craicic and black morrigan to see if you can vaal if that fails then temple it for 50/50

Watchers Eye 
Vit LOGH + purity of elements taken as or determ PDR are both good. Grace suppression and evade are also good.

Glorious vanity 
Use the POB tool to find either Automaton studies or cult of chaos.   I prefer Automaton need more PDR.
