General notes:

While leveling - look out for items with high resistance (especially fire resistance), + level to fire, lightning or cold skill gems, flat spell damage, increased spell / elemental damage

After campaign - avoid getting gear with either str or int, as we need to balance out those stats to use Leadership's Price later - any difference can easily be changed with tattoos (+ to all attributes is fine)
