Notes

Some mistakes I made while building: Used wrong helm base that requires high dex, could save points on getting dexterity from tree.

Need a new rare jewel that has some mana reservation efficiency or an enlighten level 4 to save 3 points on the MRE wheel in templar

too poor to afford perfect dawnbreaker so sacrificing helm implicit for phys taken as conversion

in play testing, corrupted blood seemed to do 0 damage, but if CB is a problem then just spend more money on getting a cb unique jewel and changing minor pantheon to yugul for curse reduction

the small cluster for enduring composure is a 3 passive which I didn't check for when I was crafting it. I just spammed defence reforge until I hit enduring composure then I annul exalted for other good mods.
so ideally get a 2 passive so you can save an extra point.

lifetap makes socket pressure kind of high, less utility for other stuff and not even an avenue to slot in extra curses if I wanted to. Missing faster attacks for my shield charge, missing vaal breach, missing guard skill.

Another avenue to save more points on the passive tree is to drop the stun cluster for critical damage immunity and get crit reduction on chest + shield implicit + some tattoos. 

There are some really good watcher eyes for this build that are cheap on the market since many people use blood magic setup instead of this setup.

arctic armour is kinda just extra since I had free space available. 

The 4 link RF might be extremely cosmetic, I think it does like 350k dps LOL, but it looks nice. You can alleviate some socket pressure by removing those links.

important: don't get % life implicit on cloak of flame cause it disables life mastery from tree.

The EO sceptre is nice, all my spells have perma uptime on it and saves travel points.

Here's a regex for map mods that I don't like running or cant: "!gen|tal d|s rec|o al|ail|non"

if you want more AOE and less movespeed, you can move unnatural jewel to the slot that paths to witch/templar rather than ranger/shaodw I have now.

This can do sims easily but you need a way to generate corpses and enemies to explode if bosses are alone. Also annointing defiled forces instead of the endurance charge.
