4. There are two lvl 100 trees, depending on how much spell suppression and stun advoidance you need from the passive tree.

7. Double cold Watcher's Eye, Awakened Swift Affliction and Empower lvl 4 are low priority luxuries.

9. +2 AoE corrupted implicit on Vaal Caress can be replaced +2 Duration. Having both is extremely expensive.
10. At lvl 90+, try to have over 30% chaos resistances. Capping chaos resistances is unnecessary.
11. Resistances and required attributes can be shuffled between items.
12. Put immortal call on left click
