Notes
Infernal Cry seems to be bugged in-game and not work with Warcry Buff effect, while PoB takes Warcry buff effect into account, at current values it translates to 16% less damage (26% reduced extra damage as fire) in-game
I added a 16% less damage modifier in the custom config but I left it disabled as I think it really is a bug and should scale correctly as it is one of the main mechanics we build around
If you want to see the actual in-game (hopefully bugged) damage numbers import the build in PoB in delete the "." at the end of the line, the line should turn blue when clicking outside the custom modifiers box
This build uses Berserk and Vengeful Cry but they are disabled as they are temporary buffs, however they can be used semi-frequently, when using both are used the damage jumps by 80% to 50M total DPS
This is an optimized but not truly-endgame minmaxed version. There are some simple but expensive upgrades that could be made to add more power:
Get the "Gain (30-50)% of Weapon Physical Damage as Extra Damage of each Element" rune enchant on the Mace, this can add up to 70% more damage when you hit a good roll
Get an Impact Force Propagator experimented base (Warcries Exert 2 additional Attacks). You can then drop the "Measured Fury" node wheel and use the 4-5 passive points for more defense or offense
Get the Max Fire Resist Eldritch Implicit on the Body Armour to 3% using Orbs of Conflict to save 1 passive point from the Armour Mastery
