Welcome to Lexyu's Frostbolt Comet Stormweaver Sorceress build! There are multiple Passive Skill Tree setups for different levels of progression. Switch the setup from the menus at the top or bottom of the Tree page. Each Tree setup has its own Jewels to accommodate for different amounts of currency investment. Allocate enough Dexterity and Strength in attribute nodes to meet all requirements, and then allocate Intelligence for the rest. My current gear is included in the planner. I didn't create a starter gear set, but it should be mostly the same except with lower values for a cheaper price. The Ingenuity belt is optional, as a Rare Belt with Mana, Life, and Resistances can be equipped instead. 90-100 addtional Spirit is needed from the Rare Body Armor and Amulet.
