Notes

Omni calculation for penetration:
25% chance to invert enemy resistances ALWAYS GOES FIRST - If enemy has 50% ele res, it gets inverted to -50%. This value is HARD capped at -200%!!!
Keep in mind, more elemental resistances an enemy has, the less omni you need to fully deal with penetration, HOWEVER, if we count that enemies at base have 50% elemental resistances, you need 2250 omni to reach -200 with inversion.
2250 omni gives you 150% elemental penetration. At that point onwards, you can invest in other sources of damage (like more projectiles, as they give more hits for the inversion chance!).


How is omni calculated on items?

Omni has a silly calculation method of: (ATTRIBUTE REQUIRED x 100%) / omni satisfaction%

Example: If a bow requires 212 dex attributes (the highest stat is always chosen!!!), the calculation would be: 212*100/15 (satisfied by 15% of omni) = 1413 omni required, but 212*100/25(satisfied by 25% of omni) = 848.
Therefore, what you want is while your omni is under 1500, you do care about the "satisfied by X% of omni", but if you have enough omni (>1500), you can safely ignore that line of text on omni neck for REGULAR archer builds (as the highest DEX bow is 212 anyways).

If you're doing any other form of omni build with loads more attributes needed, POB does a great job calculating omni!!!

Resistance explanation:
1% of resistances is granted by 15 omni. At base you need 60%+75% resistances to reach 75% cap, which is 135 resistances, multiplied by 15 omni, equals 2025 omni required to resistance cap yourself!

KEEP IN MIND, MAGEBLOOD ADDS FIRE AND COLD RESISTANCES AND STORMSHROUD ADDS LIGHTNING RESISTANCES, therefore this build will require less omni to hit res cap!!!
(i also have resistances on cluster jewel, because i used this one in previous build guide)

There is also a possibility of changing boots to have 1 attribute + chaos res and chance to avoid being shocked (deafening essence of torment and good luck crafting), however that will remove around 2% of damage (boo!),
but will free a suffix slot on the flask to have "65% reduced effect of curses" which effectively makes us curse immune too. I have yet to craft those boots, but they are definitely not needed.

Once you get progenesis, you can remove amethyst flask and add a quicksilver flask for more zoomies if you'd like.

There is also a frenzy swap, but good luck with items and prices on those, however that brings the build to a whole other level.
