HELP ALIRA - resists are a pain to cap with Thread of Hope, Melding, and so many uniques

Charge generation for discharge is mostly passive (Supreme Grandstanding + Scolds + BFoT tech with some "gain up to maximum" for power/frenzy and Inexorable for endurance). See mechanics video.

Playstyle: Discharge on cooldown (spacebar), spam Frenzy (right click) between discharge to help generate charges, generate inspiration charges, and apply mark.

Substitute Awakened Increased Area of Effect for Increased Critical Damage while mapping; the > screenwide AoE just feels great

Put minion life support on AG if needed. Remeber you don't lose equipment anymore when they die so its not a big deal.

Galvanic Field not necessary, just there to help a little with additional hits for unnerve, charge generation, etc.

+1 power charge precursor's emblem is NOT mandatory, you just need the "gain up to maximum frenzy". You will lose about 40m average hit, but still giga damage.
