Crafting:
Claw:
Claw with good base attack and crit with fractured attack speed
Deafening Essence of Wrath until Big Cold or Fire damage and open suffix. Anul if needed
Prefixes cannot be changed, scour, multimod, crit & att + Penetration if Open Prefix
If no open prefix just anul suffix and craft crit
Shield:
Evasion Base with fractured suppression
Use Harvest to craft fire/lightning/cold until big ailment avoidance and another good suffix

Amulet:
Big Attributes and non channeling skills - Flat Cold or Lightning is a bonus and something to aim for
Blizzard Crown craft with Greed Essence until good resistances and open prefix - craft phys taken as or projectile pierce
Rings:
Fractured resistance or attributes craft with Torment Essences until open prefix and craft non channeling

Belt - Unique
Boots you can craft these but they are expensive. Other option is just buy an ancestral vision and if you cap suppression you cap ailments
If crafting buy movement speed fracture, sort implicits and use Deafening Essences of Loathing

I like big armour and evasion but if these are not fractured they can be difficult to craft.

Cluster with stormrider for power charges. IF these are crazy expensive forgot about that mod and get it on medium ailment cluster and replace one of the crit clusters
Claw is the major expense so keep an eye out for already finished claws as these can cost up to 10 divines to craft
