GEAR BUDGET LIST

Crossbow with 800 DPS min: 1-5 Div (trade: https://www.pathofexile.com/trade2/search/poe2/Runes%20of%20Aldur/glGnEdPKcQ)
- Search by setting an upper limit on price (1200 ex) and then sort DPS by high to low.
- Aim for an xbow with minimum 800 DPS, but 900 DPS is best and makes a difference. The higher your DPS, the less risky it is for 4 mod T15 maps (b/c kill monsters faster). If you can
  spend more, spend more here. 
- Suffixes: attack speed and +str/dex are most important. Attributes take pressure off the rest of your gear.
- NOTE: Don't click physical or elemental DPS to sort, click generic DPS. Our damage is full elemental conversion, no difference between phys or ele DPS.

- Try to get minimum 800 evasion and 50 life per socket. Ele resist per socket makes gearing easier, but is pricey.

- Note: don't buy if corruption changes the elemental damage conversion balance (should be 33/33/33% even)

Rings with 90-100% resistance, +50 life, and T3/T4 attack prefixes 100-150 ex each

Belt with +100 max life, 25% ele res, 15% chaos res, and at least 22 life regen 100-200 ex

Boots with 400 evasion, 30% MS, +80 life, 30% ele resist, and open suffix to desecrate chaos res 20-30 ex

Helmet with 500 evasion, +100 max life, 30 ele resist, and open suffix to desecrate chaos res 20-30 ex

TOTAL:  5-10 div, depending on crossbow mainly


TECH

One of the most important techs for this build is weapon set point distribution. 
- For Shards (WS1), you want movement speed, reduced movement penalty, and surrounded effects for general mobs. 
- For Stormbast (WS2) you want special effects against rare/unique enemies. We use Stars Aligned tech against bosses, because it does a whopping 30% more damage on low-life bosses
for only 6 WS2 points. The idea is to  get them down to 2/3 health while pinned, then quickly finish the remaining. 
- Take Multitasking for cozy 100% uptime on Mirage Archer,  also nice for maps with "less cooldown recovery" modifier

Battle Trance is a nice DPS boost for budget builds. However it does have a drawback of requiring additional life regeneration, which we fix by taking regen on Hard to Kill nodes and on 
belt suffix. 

Crystallised Immunities does not require a true mathematical majority, it only requires the gem color effect you want to have one more than any other gem color to count.
- Put non-functioning red gems in crossbow attack slots to meet the requirement for Gem Enthusiast 5% increased max life. 

Due to Painters Servant's effect, we do no physical damage by default. Therefore any "increased X while leeching" passives have no effect.


JEWELS

2 options, can either get any color you want, or get blind on hit emerald if you have at least one red and one blue

Best in slot are emeralds, here are the premium affixes

Prefix: 15% attack damage, 15% ele damage, 20% rare/unique damage

Suffix: 10% reduced potency of slows, 4% attack speed

Premium ruby affixes: Attack damage, elemental damage, life regeneration rate, banner skills duration

Premium sapphire affixes: Elemental damage, faster ES recharge start, damage from mana before life (untested for mana sustain, but should work), recover 2% life/mana on kill
