Notes
Please note that this is a theory-crafted (!) version with high-end crafting and a lot of grinding in mind. Harvest, bench-crafting, Essences, recombinator, merging items and so on. The second ring itself could also be a Kalandra's Touch.
This build was also never intended for any non-trade versions of a league or Standard league in mind.
In PoB, I always want to see what an item-optimized version would look like and it's how I approach my builds in general. (I theory-craft something like this to see whether it would be worth my time, and then I try to get as close to it as I can.)
None of the items are perfect, but some of them are also very clearly expensive and/or rather niche and not easy to aquire.
I try to keep my edited items still realistically obtainable. This is intended for this exact purpose and should not be taken at face value!
-------------------------------------------
Multiple trees are included, though the primary one with Warcry Cooldown is (imo) your best bet. The more Warcries you can use in the last 4 seconds, the more (increased) damage you can get.
Having lower cooldowns also helps to combat some of the jank when surrounded.
You should invest into more of the damage nodes early on until you have enough damage to be able to respec them. Early damage sucks and will stay that way for a while until you can socket Awakened Swift Affliction and get a lvl 20 or 21 gem.
You will not be able to use Summon Skitterbots until you get a helmet with the 90% reservation multiplier (or you anoint certain Mana res nodes).
Spiritual Aid is BiS, simply because the build needs a lot of generic damage scaling and generic Phys DoT has a lower ceiling than something like Bleed or the DoT component of Reap/Exsanguinate.
Speaking of which, I leveled with Splitting Steel for a while and later switched to Exsanguinate, though I did so too early in my opinion, so stick with what you know and switch to Reap later. You can scale it with % increased Spell Damage.
You can ignore Spell Block until way later when you are almost in maps and after Cruel/Merciless Lab, as this is where you'll have enough overcapped Block to make use of Versatile Combatant.
For starting out, I recommend you grab all the resistance nodes near Scion and later respec. This is gonna take off a lot of gear pressure and will assist you when transitioning later Acts.
-------------------------------------------
Increased Physical Damage is overall better than just going for Damage over Time, simply because the corpse explosions deal Physical Damage and will scale with those modifiers, just like everything else in this build.
Skill Effect Duration scales the duration of Immortal Call, Corrupting Cry and all the Warcries. This is why I recommend to keep the Duration cluster, even though it's 4 points. It just makes the build feel more consistent for when you have to kite.
Ralakesh Pantheon is needed to mitigate Physical DoTs, as this is currently the most difficult source of damage to mitigate, as it can only be counteracted by damage shift from Cloak of Flame, DoT taken reduction and Physical Damage Reduction etc.
There's no Resistance stat for it, and while rather rare, it's the most deadly out of everything and some sources of it can be rather potent. There are a couple regular enemies and bosses that deal heavy Phys DoT.

Death Log:
--------------
Death #1: Pack of buffed Chaos spiders with extra Chaos Damage; -60% Chaos Resistance at the time
Death #2: Cornered by Lightning Totems on buffed Red Beast; cannot be blocked (?), or maybe it's a spell, and I didn't have Spell Block at the time
Death #3: T16 Abyss rare (Bone Spikes), Poison map, Phys Reflect -> killed myself with Reap when I got poisoned by its shotgun ability (oops)
Death #4: Eater of Worlds, got caught in Drowning Orbs and couldn't get out :(
