based on zishs frostblades warden

the build is an amazing mapper and super fun, i ran t17 strongboxes with it for a while.
So far it could do everything i threw at it even a few ubers but i am NOT selling this as a Uber killer.
Since this is an evasion rating based build it wont facetank many attacks and you rely on good positioning but the perma freeze really helps a lot and feels amazing.
You do die every now and then if you are not careful but its far from the squishiest build ive ever seen or played.
