Critical Mastery- +25% to Critical Strike Multiplier against Unique Enemies
Elemental Mastery- Hits have 25% chance to treat Enemy Monster Elemental Resistance values as inverted

Build can run ALL Mods, only -Max res can be a little annoying. 2. -Mana on one of the rings is nice, so is Inspiration. 3. Try to stay in One Place more often for Artic Armour Bonuses. 4. Tincture is VERY important to reach Maxed DMG, please make sure the rolls are good. 5. !! IMPORTANT !! - You need Recover Life When You Block on your Shield to be tanky. 6. Make sure that you deal PHYS Dmg for Poison / Bleeding interactions with Yoke. 7. Bandits - Get rid of ALL / Save Alira for Low Budget 8. More Than Skill from Forbidden Flame / Flesh is great but not mandatory. 9. Everything else you can find in the video - please check TIMESTAMPS that I have created for easier navigation. 10.
