DAMAGE or DEFENCE version: At the league start your damage will be as good as defence, but if you want to min-max Storm Burst Totem build you need to choose defence version
or damage, depends on your farming strategies/playstyle and comfort. Without Mines, Bosser version has about 38.000.000dps, Mapper version about 28.000.000 but better effective hit pool
and items are rare, so it would be harder to buy/craft them.

LEVELING: You should only follow my leveling skill sets for every act in game, don't forget that you play with TOTEMS so you don't need to kill enemies by yourself instantly,
just wait until your totems kill them. Rolling Magma is the best choice for two first acts, so use it with your totems until you take Uncestral Bond passive. If you want to be more tanky
or you playing hardcore you should use Determination + Defience Banner, if you don'y care about defence take Zealotry. Wave of Conviction should be only MINES to deal damage. 
We use Wave of Conviction Mines until we get Gloves with "Inflict Lightning Exposure on Hit, applying -11% to Lightning Resistance" it will be much more stronger

MAP PLAYSTYLE: If you running maps you shouldn't care about anything, just run => spam Arcane Cloak, use your totems, BUT DON'T SPAM TOTEMS TOO OFTEN - they will not work.
Use Conductivity against Rare monsters or just big packs and Map Bosses. Don't forget to reactivate your Wrath Aura every few seconds (12-20s).

BOSSING: To kill strong bosses like guards,maven,sirus,sanctum you should do these things: 

1. Spawn all totems under the boss (before he spawns if you can)
2. Use your Wrath aura
3. Throw all your mines under the boss (before he spawn if you can)
4. Use Sigil of Power just before boss spawns
5. Arcane Cloak (or just spam it and don't care)
6. Use Conductivity and detonate all the mines (when boss spawns)
7. The totems last a very long time, so just run around sometimes throwing mines if you want to kill faster

HOW TO SCALE TOTEMS DAMAGE: There are many modifiers scaling our damage: Cast Speed, Spell Damage, Elemental Penetration (lightning), Lightning damage to Spells, Mana.
Also Number of Summoned Totems scales damage so much and +to All/Lightning Skill Gems.

ORDER OF ITEMS IMPROVEMENTS IN "ENDGAME SETUP": 

1. Lightning Exposure in implicit on Gloves
2. Six Link Body Armour
3. Ironwood Allocation Amulet
4. +1 to all Lightning Spell Skill Gems (Weapon or Shield)
5. Flasks and CAP SUPPRESS
6. +1 to Number of Summoned Totems (Shaper Shield Mod)

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TO RESPEC INTO "LATE ENDGAME SETUP":

1. Have all THESE uniques at the same time: Soul Mantle, Viridi's Veil, Mark of the Shaper. 
2. Have MAGIC ELDER ring in right slot
3. Have Mark of the Shaper ring
4. Craft really strong want/sceptre with +1/+2 to skills | spell damage | cast speed and else
5. Ashes of the Stars or +2 Amulet (all+lightning skills)

UNIQUES EXPLANATION: Soul Mantle makes our Body Armour 7 link, but inflicts Hex on us. To avoid these hexes we equip Viridi's Veil Helmet which gives us Hexproof if we have Magic Ring in right slot
also it gives us more defence because of unlucky enemy hits. Mark of the Shaper ring gives us a lot of Spell Damage if we have ELDER ring equiped.

HOW WE GET 100% CHANCE TO AVOID ELEMENTAL AILMENTS IN "LATE ENDGAMES SETUP": with Stormshroud unique jewel, our modifiers to chance to avoid being shocked is also applied to all ailments,
so it means total cap to ignite, chill, freeze, sap and shock.  you just need to use essences for chance to avoid being shocked to your boots and have this eldritch emplicir with 40% chance to avoid being shocked
or just to use Abyss Jewel with chance to avoid being shocked, it gives like 30 or 40%)
